Extruder Seal of the Invention An extruder machine for processing of plastic materials, rubber or polymers in which a stationary casing is provided with a generally tubular bore having an inlet opening near one end thereof, and a discharge opening at the other end thereof. A generally cylindrical rotor is rotatably mounted in the bore of the casing. The casing is comprised of a pair of generally coaxially aligned spaced apart cylindrical members, having a length substantially longer than their diameters. A heating or cooling fluid is passed in the spacing between the cylindrical members in a heat transfer relationship. Each pair of cylindrical members is provided with expansion/contraction joints to permit longitudinal expansion or contraction of the components with respect to one another. The syringe machine comprises a housing 1 made in the form of a series of cylinders including each outer casing 2 with an end ring plate 3 made integral with the casing 2, and a rotor 6 mounted along the casing 2 coaxially with the flange 5-8 of the cylindrical casing opening having a spiral cut 7-9 on the end suit. The rotor 6 is connected by a gearbox 10 to a rotational drive (not shown). A feed hole is used for the material supply. The material is fed into the loading opening 1 and further while rotating the rotor 6 is stirred, homogenized and due to cutting 7-9 of the rotor 6 moves to the discharge opening 12 of the head 13. The material may be a resin, polymer or plastic-like substance that requires cooling in the flesh to or heating to 353С. Heating or cooling of the material is provided by supplying the heat transfer fluid to the channel 18 and the annular channel 19, each of which can be cold water, heated water, steam or other medium with the desired properties. - The sealing element in the form of a bellows 15 prevents this from extending compressing the leakage of heat transfer fluid into the gaps between the syringe elements undergoing various temperature expansions. The cooling fluid supplied to the annular gasket 22 provides cooling and cooling. freezing a polymer or other material that may leak from the syringe during processing, the present invention, by providing a sealing element in the form of a bellows, provides reliable sealing, prevents possible leakage of heat transfer fluid during expansion of the syringe elements due to the temperature difference, increasing the performance of the syringe machine and the quality of material processing.

Claims (3) [1] 1. A syringe machine for processing plastics, comprising a housing in the form of at least one cylinder with loading and unloading openings at the ends and a rotor placed in a cylindrical opening of the housing connected to the drive of its rotation, the housing cylinder being made in the form of an outer casing with an end ring plate and installed inside the casing coaxially with the skin with a flange, which forms with the inner surface of the casing a channel for heat transfer fluid, 14 an impregnation element placed on the same red cylinder indra, O t. l and h and y and with the fact that, in order to increase the reliability of the syringe, the sealing element is made in the form of the casing of the annular bellows, one end of which is attached to the flange of the casing, and the other rigidly connected to the annular plate of the outer casing, and the channel for heat transfer fluid is connected to the annular bore by the outer surface of the bellows and the inner surface of the outer casing.
