A device for feeding wire springs to a machine for assembling spring frames, containing devices for gripping the springs and means for changing the distance between them [1].
The known device is unproductive due to the fact that the squads must be supplied sequentially, changing the distances between the springs requires a lot of time, since the electromagnets must be released separately, moved and fixed again.
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity by providing a simultaneous change in the distance between the gripping devices.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for feeding wire springs to the machine for assembling spring frames, containing 6 devices for gripping the springs and means for changing the distance between them, the latter consists of two guide beams mounted on them capturing levers, U drive power a cylinder placed between the first and last gripping levers, and distance limiters with two end stops, connecting 15 adjacent gripping levers, while the first gripping The mounting lever is rigidly fixed to the guide beams, and all subsequent ones are mounted for movement.
The distance limiter between two adjacent gripping levers is made in the form of a screw, one side rigidly fixed to the first gripping arm, and the other side freely passing through the hole in the adjacent gripping arm, and the end stops are made in the form of two nuts placed with the possibility of adjustment on both sides of the adjacent gripping arm.

A device for supplying wire springs to a machine for assembling spring frames comprises devices for gripping springs having parallel sliding guides 1 for springs 2 coupled to each other. Between the guides 1 there are transport belts 3> which move the spring packages 2 to the stop 4. The disconnecting mechanism 5 captures the front springs 2 adjacent to the stop 4 and rotates them 90 ° in the direction of arrow a. Then the springs 2 are captured by the gripping levers 6 of the means for changing the distance between them and rotate in the direction of arrow b.
The means for changing the distance between the springs consists of two guide beams 7 and gripping levers 6 mounted on them. The first gripping lever 6 is rigidly fixed to the guide beams 7> and all subsequent are mounted with the possibility of movement in the bearings 8.
The adjacent gripping levers 6 are connected by distance limiters made in the form of a screw 9> on one side rigidly fixed to the first gripping lever, and the second side freely passing through the holes in the adjacent gripping lever. Distance limiters have two end stops 10 and 11, interconnecting adjacent gripping levers 6. End stops 10 and 11 are made in the form of two nuts placed with the possibility of adjustment on both sides of the adjacent gripping arm 6. Between the first and last gripping levers 6 there is a power cylinder 12. When the pressure transmitting medium 5 is supplied, the distances between the individual gripping levers 6 can be changed. Distances can also be changed by rearranging end stops 10 and 11.
