There is provided a vessel consisting of one or more submerged propulsion hulls connected to a cargo carrying platform suspended over ice by a plurality of interconnecting columns. FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to shipbuilding and relates to the design of semi-submarine icebreaking vessels for transporting cargo above the ice surface. Closest to the present invention, there is an ice-school semi-submersible vessel for transporting cargo above the ice surface, containing underwater and surface parts, interconnected by means of columns, while the columns are equipped with rotating mechanisms for splitting ice L2i. The drawbacks of this vessel are high energy costs during the passage of ice cover and low efficiency of ice destruction. The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy costs during the passage of the ice povreva and increase the efficiency of the destruction of ice. To achieve this goal, the overhead part of the vessel is equipped with drive mechanisms, such as power cylinders, interacting with the columns, while the underwater and surface parts of the vessel are pivotally connected to the columns with the possibility of raising and lowering the surface part of the hull relative to the underwater part. FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed vessel in axonometric projection; in fig. 2 - the same, when unloading at the port. Surface part 1 of the proposed icebreaking vessel contains power cylinders 2 and 3. which, with their rods and 5, are connected to columns 6 and 7. Columns 6 and 7 are rotatably fixed to rods 8 and 9 passing through the submarine parts 10 and 11 of the icebreaking vessel. The underwater parts 10 and 11 are interconnected by stabilizers 12 and 13 and are equipped with propellers 14. Rotating mechanisms 15 for splitting ice are mounted on columns 6 and 7. The vessel is operated as follows. . When the propulsion unit 14 is operating, the icebreaker SHIP Moves, while the underwater parts 10 and 11 are constantly under water.
