When the button 3 is pressed, the grain 6 of the adhesive material is conveyed to the melting chamber 5 by means of a transport mechanism (not shown). When heated in the melting chamber 5, the grain 6 of the adhesive melts and turns into a liquid compound. At the entrance, the melting chamber 5 is locked with grains 6 of adhesive material that are still in a solid state. As a result of the movement of the particles 6 of the adhesive material into the melting chamber 5, a part of the molten glue is displaced from the chamber 5 and exits the nozzle 7. At the same time, the sealing cuff 8 prevents from the leakage of molten glue through the entrance of the melting chamber 5 Longitudinal slots 8a made in the inlet section of the sealing cuff increase the its elasticity.
