The invention relates to a fuel injection device comprising an injection pump and an injection nozzle, the nozzle having a spring-loaded control pin and being assembled together with the pump to form a unit insertable into the wall of a cylinder of an injection type internal combustion engine. The device includes a pump piston, a piston sleeve and a pump housing, the housing enclosing the piston sleeve, the return spring action on the piston, and the regulating jacket acting on the piston. The housing is attachable to the engine housing by tightening screws having axes parallel to the piston sleeve, and the said injection nozzle is tightened by a sleeve nut to an element of the piston sleeve.

(54) DEVICE FOR INJECTION OF FUEL
FIELD: engine building.
A device for injecting fuel into an internal combustion engine is known, comprising an injection pump with a sleeve and a plunger loaded with a return spring, 5 which are housed in a housing equipped with two mounting screws arranged parallel to the axis of the sleeve, to connect the device with the engine, a pressure valve with a saddle loaded with a spring, and a nozzle connected to the pump coupling nut into a single unit, having a spray gun with a needle loaded with a spring placed in the housing 1.
A disadvantage of this device is that the lined loads on the pump casing are reduced, which reduces its reliability.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. .
This goal is achieved by the fact that the spray gun is fixed with a cap nut 20 on the pump hub, the latter is provided with a bore to accommodate the discharge valve and the spring case, and the housing is connected to the sleeve with at least one eccentrically located screw.25
The bore for accommodating the injection valve and the spring case is coaxial with the plunger.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, the scheme; in fig. 2 - the same, device, longitudinal section; in fig. 3 - the same, in the fuel control zone, cross section. .
, The device contains an injection pump with a sleeve 1 and a plunger 2 loaded with a return spring 3, which are housed in a housing 4, equipped with two fixing screws 5 and 6 parallel to the axis of the sleeve 1 with the engine 7, a discharge valve 8 with a seat 9, loaded with a spring 10 and a nozzle connected to the pump nut 11 into a single unit having a spray gun 12 with a needle 13 loaded with a spring 14 placed in the housing 15. The spray gun 12 is fixed with the help of a union nut 11 on the pump bush 1, last wife bore 16 for receiving the discharge valve 8 and the housing 15 with the spring 14 and the housing 4 is connected to the sleeve by means of at least one eccentrically arranged screw 17. The bore 16 for receiving the discharge valve 8 and the housing 15 with the spring 4 is formed coaxially with the plunger 2.
The assembly of the device is as follows.
The assembled injection pump with sleeve 1 n plunger 2 is fixed on housing 4 with at least one eccentric screw 17. The pressure valve 8 and the casing 15 with spring 14 are mounted in sleeve 1, then the nebulizer 12 with needle 13 is fixed on the hub of the pump I with a cap nut 11. After this, the device is connected to the engine 7 by means of two fixing screws 5 and 6.
Thus, the proposed design provides increased reliability by reducing the load on the fuel pressure on the body.

1. A device for injecting fuel into an internal combustion engine, comprising an injection pump with a sleeve and a plunger, loaded with a return spring, which are housed in a housing equipped with two mounting screws arranged parallel to the axis of the sleeve with the engine, a pressure valve with a seat, loaded with a spring and a nozzle connected to the pump with a cap nut into a single unit, having a spray gun with a needle loaded with a spring housed in a casing, characterized in that, in order to increase reliably the spreader is fixed by means of a cap nut on the pump hub, the latter is provided with a bore to accommodate
pressure valve and casing with a spring, and the housing is connected to the sleeve with at least one eccentric screw located.
