![]() Classifying lining of drum mill casing
专利摘要:
The liner covering the inner wall surface of the drum of a grinding mill comprises a plurality of rectangular lining units each having an inner working surface inclined to approach the drum centerline from its upstream end to its downstream end, the lining units being in mutual dispositions such that lining units which are mutually adjacent in the drum rotational direction are mutually staggered in the drum longitudinal direction, and each lining unit is provided at its leading side part in the rotational direction with a concavely curved guide surface joining in a continuously flush manner the inclined working surface of the adjacent lining unit in the rotational direction.
The invention relates to the technique of fine grinding of solid materials, namely to the protective lining of a drum mill body. A classification mill liner for a drum mill is known, which contains a set of identical plates whose working surface is inclined to the mill body in such a way that the thickness of the plates increases simultaneously in the axial and transverse direction. 1 The lining flaws are increased wear due to the small angle of inclination of the working surface in the transverse direction, low classifying ability due to the fact that the protruding transverse end faces of the armor plates form continuous rings that prevent the movement of large grinding m ate at the beginning of the mill, and small to transverse, under the action of classifying efforts. Closest to the present invention is the classifying lining of the drum mill body, which contains a set of plates whose working surface is made with longitudinal grooves and is inclined towards the inlet of the mill 23 However, the lining has an insufficiently precise classifying capacity due to the obstacle exerted by annular projections high torsoslh faces of armor plates segregation of small bodies along the length of the mill. The purpose of the invention is to increase the clarity of the classification of grinding bodies along the length of the mill. This goal is achieved in that in the classifying lining of a drum mill housing containing a set of plates whose working surface is made with longitudinal grooves and inclined towards the mill inlet, each of the plates is made with a longitudinal groove-like recess on the end in the direction of material movement half the length and the front in the direction of movement of the upper edge, and the angle of inclination of the generative recess to the axis of the mill housing is equal to the angle of inclination to the axis of the working surface s, each of longitudinal rows of plates is shifted by half plate length with respect to an adjacent, and the height facing the inlet of the mill body faces the plate thickness is equal to plates in the place of adjoining the edge of the same face of the adjacent plate of the adjacent longitudinal row to the middle part of the side face. In addition, a trough-like recess of the each slab can be made along the entire length of the upper face, with the front portion of the groove being formed, starting from the middle of the slab, with a surface forming parallel to the axis of the mill housing. FIG. 1 depicts a drum mill with a Ki-scifumed lining, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 lining section, plan; in FIG. 4, section BB, in FIG. 3; in fig. 5 plot lining with plates of the second type of isometry; in fig. 6 - the same, the plan with the scheme of movement of large grinding bodies; in fig. 7 - lining area with third-type plates, isometric; in fig. 8 - the same, with the scheme of movement of large grinding bodies; in fig. 9 - lining section with two types of plates, one of which is a plate of the second type. The sorting lining contains plates 1 mounted on the case 2 of the mill, the working surface 3 of which is formed by two surfaces of the inclined 4 to the inlet 5 of the mill and the groove 6. The inclined surface 4 is made with grooves 7 or flat 8. Gutter-like recess 6 is made of two parts; surface ba, the angle of inclination of which to the axis W of the mill is equal to the angle of inclination to the last inclined surface 4, and surface 65, which forms parallel to the axis.M. The recess 6 is made on the end in the direction T of the movement of the material half of the length and the front in the direction of movement of the part of the upper face 8 of each plate 1. Each of the longitudinal rows of plates 1 is shifted relative to the half length of the plate, i.e. by d 1/2. The height of the face 9 of the plate facing the inlet 5 is equal to the thickness of the plate body in the place of adjoining the edge of the same face 9 of the adjacent plate to the middle part of the side edge 10. On the back sides of the plate 1 are limited: in the direction of material movement by the vertical face 11, and in the direction of rotation of the mill - face 12. The lining depicted in Fig. 9 is formed by two types of plates, one of which is 8 imert and a groove-shaped recess 6, and the other 13 do not have. The longitudinal rows consist of plates of the same type, one row consisting of plates 8, and adjacent of the plates 13. Sd u rows in the longitudinal direction by a distance d «1/11 implemented through a series, so that a plurality of lining elements 13 is shifted relative to the next him (according to the rotation of the mill) adjacent slabs 8 in the direction of movement of the material. When a mill equipped with an sorting lining is operated, the body 2 rotates in the V direction, and the material moves inside the mill along its direction of the arrow T. Grinding bodies consisting of large balls A Q and small balls B are entrained by the working surface 3 of the plates 1, as a result of which they rise and fall along a parabolic trajectory onto the inclined surface 8 of the plates 1, as a result of which they move in the direction of the inlet 5. The smaller grinding bodies B tend to be located in the inner the layers of the grinding load, and the large grinding bodies A tend to be located in the area adjacent to the surface of the armor plates 1. As a result, the bodies A are more prone to movement towards the inlet 5 than the smaller bodies 6. 5 Large grinding bodies, when rebounding from surface 8, move to hole 5 at an acute angle to the M axis of the mill. Due to the fact that the groove-like y-joints 6 are located on the raid The n side of the inclined surface 3 is 8, the coarse grinding bodies are guided by these depressions to the front (in the direction T) of the plates, then fall into the inclined chute 6 of the adjacent row. rolling down again towards the inlet 5 of the mill, etc., moving to the initial sections of the career. Large grinding bodies falling on the flat areas 8 of armor plates 1 roll down them to facets 11 in front of the lying plates, stop by these facets and fall into trench-like depressions 6, after which they move to the initial parts of the chamber. During the operation of the mill with a PL 1 of 1 having 3 rifles 7 on the working surface (Figs. 3 and 4), the intramill loading increases to a higher level. In addition, due to the presence of flute 7, the wear of the lining is reduced. In the case where the plates 1 have a groove-like recess 6 along the entire length — the front part of the upper face 8 (Fig. 7 and 8), which consists of two surfaces 65 and b a, a ledge restricting the movement of large melon di bodies to the end face 9 is absent, as a result of which a smoother and free movement is provided by a large grinder. load in the initial section of the mill chamber. In addition, this shape of the slabs ensures that every grinding wheel that engages with the lining is necessarily hit by recess 6 and consequently faster movement to the beginning of the chamber. The use of the proposed lining makes it possible to clearly classify grinding bodies by the length of the mill, and also to reduce the total weight of the lining elements due to the presence of trough-like depressions on a considerable part of its working surface.
