专利摘要:
A soft protective construction for body protection, such as a bullet-proof vest or shirt is disclosed wherein a double layered bullet-stopping arrangement of mutually moveable rectangular or square protective plates is provided which plates can preferably be inserted into pockets of a carrier material. The outer layer of plates lying on the bullet impact side consists of steel and at least in portions thereof said outer plates are overlapped in scale-like fashion. The inner plate layer, which lies closer to the body than does the outer layer, is designed to absorb or largely destroy the impact energy of a striking bullet. The protective plates of the inner layer next to the body comprise a thick shock absorbing material, in particular a plastics material, such as polyamide, and said inner plates are arranged in a common plane and are joined together in a form-locked manner along the horizontally oriented, meeting plate edges by slide joints (5) and along the vertically oriented and likewise meeting plate edges by rotating joints (6, 11, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24). Preferably, the inner layer plates comprise a casting polyamide obtained by an activated anionic polymerization of monomeric laurolactam which has a Vicat B softening point of not less than about 183 DEG C., preferably about 160 DEG C. to 168 DEG C.

one
The invention relates to the personal protection of personnel of mercury bullets and fragments.
The known soft protective frame with chi is made of steel plates coated with plastic on the inside, which are slid into separate pockets during mutual overlap. The pockets of the protective vest. IQ
When positioning plates overlap, an individual protective structure acquires flexibility and ease of wearing. Ll.
The disadvantage of this soft protective structure is the low security of the overlapping of plate joints, as a result of which the bullets or fragments reshoot the PSB BbicTynajptayra edge of the steel sheet.
The closest to the proposed 20 is a soft protective structure consisting of rectangular plates mounted movably relative to each other on the carrier material, | In which the horizontal joints of plates are connected with the possibility of translational relative to each other, and the vertical joints . provide an immediate movement., 30
When the plates are positioned in a horizontal direction, and overlapping one row of plates to another in the vertical direction, the protective structure acquires sufficient flexibility that facilitates the use of individual protective vests.
A disadvantage of the known construction is the low density of the plates installed end-to-end in the horizontal direction.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the safety and comfort of wearing protective vests by personnel.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the inner protective plates made of shock absorbing materials, for example polyamide, located in one plane, the horizontal joints of the plates are made in the form of wedge-shaped bevels connected with the possibility of translational rows of plates relative to adjacent rows, and the vertical the joints are made in the form of cylindrical UBF

rotational motion. Rotational pairs are formed by cylindrical surfaces at the butt edges of adjacent protective plates. The rotational pairs are formed by touching the 1DIMISS with surfaces in the form of an S-shaped profile, and the S-shaped touching surfaces of the pressing pairs consist of a straight line section in combination with the curved sections. The S-shaped tangent surfaces of the rotational pairs consist of two differently curved sections, and the sections are made with different values of curvature. Rotational pairs are formed by a pair of interacting at the vertices of acute angular touching surfaces, and the touching surfaces are made in combination with the curved touching surfaces. Rotational pairs are formed by a concave plane with a notch and a convex plane with a protrusion entering the concave, and forming a snap-fit connection by means of the recess and protrusion. In FIG. 1 shows the proposed soft protective structure, general view; FIG. 2 is a section A-L in FIG. 1 in FIG. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. in fig. 4 - connection of protective plates by means of wedge-shaped bevels; in fig. 5-11 - various versions of individual rotational and translational pairs, by means of which the internal protective plates are interconnected. The soft protective structure for personal protection of a personal composition contains an outer layer consisting of individual steel plates 1 and 2 arranged scaled to form an overlap (Fig. 1, pos. 3 and 4), and internal individual rectangular plates made of shock absorbing material such as polyamide. The inner plates are interconnected by horizontal translational 5 by means of wedge-shaped beveling 7 and 8 (Fig. 4), and the vertical rotation-with pairs b arranged parallel to the corresponding overlap 1 and 2 of the steel plates while the translational pairs are formed by wedge-shaped bevels in which the beveled surfaces besides the translational pair form a certain rotational mobility. The design of such a rotational pair is simple and involves combining various docking joints of the plates, which are placed in rows I, II, and III (Fig. 1) into the respective pockets of protective fluid, with the material of the pockets tightly enclosing the plates located in the same plane. what between them gaps are not formed, which can increase the pulp penetrability of the protective vest. The general plane, composed of plates and formed by translational 5 and rotational 6 pairs, has such flexibility as is necessary when wearing individual vests. The rotational pairs, which create flexibility in the protective vest, are made in the form of cylindrical surfaces, which have one vertical axis of rotation and on one butt edge the surface is convex, and on the other - concave. At the same time, in both versions of the rotational pairs, both in the docking surfaces, made in the form of wedge-shaped bevels, and in cylindrical surfaces, there is no weakening of the pocket material. These pairs are also suitable for connecting protective plates of different thickness, since the angle of inclination of the translational surfaces and the bending of the cylindrical surfaces are the same for different thickness of the plates. Such a design of rotational and translational pairs allows plates to be placed in protective vests in separate pockets located across the entire protected surface of the body, interconnected through rotational pairs of a large number of protective plates arranged one above the other, where translational pairs are made between the individual plates. For individual pockets, the fastening of the plates is used only along the upper edge of the pocket on a common carrier material, which is cut to the appropriate shape and size of the vest suitable for wearing. FIG. 5 shows vertical joints 6 with rotational movement formed by a convex surface 10 entering the concave surface 9. FIG. 6 - vertical joints 11 with rotational movement are made in the form of a concave surface 12 with a recess 14 and a convex surface 13 with a protrusion 15 entering the concave, and forming a snap-fit connection by the recess 14 and the protrusion 15. In FIG. 7 - vertical joints, 18 with S-shaped surfaces have straight-beveled. sections 16 in combination with the curved section 19 ,, FIG. 8 - vertical joints 17 with a rotational movement made in the form of surfaces 2O and 21 of a 5-shaped profile. FIG. 9 - the joints 22 with the rotator HHhi are formed by a pair of acutely touching contacting surfaces 25 and a cylindrical protrusion 26 between the vertices of the rectangular surfaces interacting at the vertices. In FIG. 10, the joints 23 with a rotary motion are made acute 27 and curved with touching surfaces. In Fig. 11, the joints 24 with a rotary motion are formed by an acute angle 28 and a curved 1 adhering surface. The plate configuration is selectable. square to rectangular and in flight from the location of a plate in the form of a triangle or a trapezium on the Zsicit vest, to increase the bulletproofness of the plate, they are made convex. The presence in the individual soft protective design of the docking joints with the possibility of moving the rows of plates relative to the adjacent rows in the horizontal plane and vertical movement in the vertical joints improves the personal safety of the personnel from bullets and shrapnel, reduces the size of the structure and makes it more convenient to wear Claim 1, a soft protective structure for protecting the body, comprising an outer layer of steel plates and scaled-like overlapping and an inner LAYER of rectangular plates, 3 mounted movably relative to each other on the carrier material, so that it is , in order to improve safety and ease of use in the inner protective plates, which are flush in one plane, the horizontal joints of the plates, wired in the form of wedge-like bones, are connected with the possibility of translational movement rows of plates relative to adjacent rows, and vertical joints made in the form of cylindrical surfaces are connected with the possibility of rotational movement 2. The structure according to claim 1, about t l and so that the rotational pairs are formed by cylindrical surfaces at the butt edges adjacent protective plates. 3.
