Apparatus for mounting and dismounting a submerged propeller unit to and from the hull of a floating body from the outside thereof comprising a flange in the hull surrounding an opening therein and having passages therein, a flange on the propeller unit having fasteners at locations corresponding to the locations of the passages in the hull flange, a drive coupling member on the propeller unit, a plurality of guides on the propeller unit for guiding the coupling member into the hull opening and for positioning the propeller unit flange in proper relation to the hull flange as the propeller unit is raised into position, a plurality of cables secured at their upper ends to a hoisting cable with their lower ends extending through watertight ways in the hull for coupling detachably to a plurality of locations on the propeller unit, spreaders located between the hoisting cable and the floating body for positioning the cables in substantial alignment with the respective cable ways in the hull, the cable ways being positioned to correspond to locations where the lower cable ends are coupled to the propeller unit, and a turnbuckle for adjusting the length of at least one of the cables between the hoisting cable and the propeller unit whereby the propeller unit flange may be raised to the level of the hull with the fasteners in the former in registry with the passages in the latter to facilitate securing the propeller unit flange to the hull flange. 公开号:SU845763A3 申请号:SU762367754 申请日:1976-06-04 公开日:1981-07-07 发明作者:Хеглунд Кьелл 申请人:Актиеболагет Карлстатс Механискаверкстад (Фирма); IPC主号:

Above the flange 3 inside the craft is installed a caisson 17 with allen keys 18, in heads 19 of which heads 20 of fixing bolts 21 are installed. The tubular guides 1 have inlet 1 and outlet 8 holes. Above. tubular guides 1 are attached to the floating craft by a cross member 22 with openings e. The arrangement of the lugs 7 on the body of the propeller unit and the holes 6 on the cross member 22 corresponds to the location of the inlet g and the outlet and the holes in the tubular guides 1. The device works as follows. The body 8 of the propeller unit is lowered on the carrying cable 13 below the bottom 4 of the floating means 2, and the ring 11 with the cables 10, the fixtures 9 and the cables 6 lowered to the cross member 22. Then the cables 6 are passed through the openings of the C-cross member, the gear rails 1 and are connected by the diver to the eyes 7 of the body of the propeller unit. By lifting the cable 12, the cables b are tensioned and the flange 14 of the body 8 of the propeller unit is attached to the flange 3 of the floating equipment, while the guides 15 are driven into the opening 5 of the flange 3. By means of the adjustment of the end wrenches 1, the screws are screwed in and unscrewed dismantling bolts 21 in the flange 14 of the hull 8 of the propeller unit.
