![]() Device for waste water purification
专利摘要:
Tank for agitation and aeration of municipal and industrial wastes. In a simple manner, turbine-type aerators are installed along the longitudinal axis of a tank, between which partitions (e.g. "(2)") are arranged, dividing the tank into at least two connected ditches. In these ditches aerating brushes or mammoth rotors (e.g. "(2)") are installed. In a multi-ditch system the tank is (e.g. "(2)") divided into several ditches. At joints of the partitions (e.g. "(2)") or in these partitions themselves, recesses (4) are made that reach below the level of the liquid, in which the turbine-type aerators (e.g. "(2)") are installed.
one The invention relates to wastewater treatment devices and can be used for biological treatment of wastewater using active sludge. A device for wastewater treatment is known, comprising a rectangular casing and turbine aerators installed along the casing axis. The disadvantage of this device is the large difference in the flow rate of polluted water and turbulence in both the transverse and longitudinal sections of the casing, which is especially noticeable when the flow direction of the fluid changes. The dimensions of the body, mainly the length and height, are largely limited by the distance between the aerators and the method of their placement, which reduces the efficiency of the cleaning process. . The purpose of the invention is to intensify the purification process by improving the mixing of polluted water and its additional aeration. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with vertical dividing walls dividing the housing into compartments with they are located in the recesses in which the turbine aerators are located, and surface aerators placed in the compartments. Additionally, surface aerators can be made in the form of aerating brushes and mammoth wheels. FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view from above; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - device with dividing walls, general view from above; in fig. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 3 The wastewater treatment device comprises a rectangular case 1, turbine aerators 2 installed along the case axis, dividing the case into compartments 3 vertical separation walls 4 with recesses 5 made in them, in which turbine aerators 2 are located and surface aerators located in the compartments 3 6 Surface aerators 6 can be made in the form of aerating brushes or mammoth wheels. The movement of contaminated water in each compartment 3 is caused by aerators. 2 which create horizontal and vertical turbulence. Untreated wastewater coming from the plant (not shown) is mixed in compartments 3 with regenerated activated sludge and fed into the body in its middle part near brush b or aerator 2 near the bottom 7 perpendicular to the stream of liquid passing through the body. Thus, all parts of the liquid are mixed with the incoming untreated wastewater, pre-mixed with recovered regenerated sludge. Turbulent vortex fluid movement caused by turbine aerators 2, and horizontal turbulent fluid movement caused by brushes 6 quickly and thoroughly mix the liquid with air . The sludge is suspended in a liquid in the same quantity in each part of the body. Purified wastewater is discharged from the opposite end of the casing to its inlet and directed to a secondary settling tank (not shown), where after sedimentation the sludge is sent in a purified light form to a receiver (not shown). The advantage of this device is to obtain a high degree of wastewater treatment using activated sludge in an economical way. Thanks to the proposed device and the placement of aerating devices in it, such a hydraulic system was obtained, in which the active ID in each part of it is suspended in the same quantity, and the oxygen content in the fluid is the same in each place of the housing. Another advantage is the ability to manufacture devices various sizes. Purification is carried out with high efficiency regardless of the different concentrations of incoming wastewater. Due to the same hydraulic conditions and liquid turbulence, in each part of the device, the process of complete mixing of the incoming wastewater with oxygen and liquid in the housing is carried out. The use of devices with such an effective cleaning process at the cleaning station provides the possibility of eliminating contaminations at the level of 96-99% with high efficiency and ease of operation.
