专利摘要:
1465248 Wet scrubbing of waste gases AMERICAN AIR FILTER CO INC 18 April 1975 [29 July 1974] 16165/75 Heading B1R A wet scrubbing apparatus for scrubbing waste gases comprises a housing 1 with a dirty gas inlet 2, clean gas outlet 3 and disposed within the housing a plurality of gas/liquid contactor beds 4 with fluid flow inlets 6 and outlets 7 for the gas/liquid, 6 being in fluid flow connection with the dirty gas inlet 2 and 7 with the clean gas outlet 3 and a damper assembly 8 to close off the fluid flow inlets of the beds 4 and comprising axially pivotal rod member 27 on which are mounted arcuate damper plates 26 via arcuate mounting plates 23 which on rotation of 27 close or open the inlets 6 of the beds 4. A stop is provided on the inlet 6 to delimit movement of the leading edge 31 of plate 26. A vertically adjustable weir plate 22 is provided on one side of the inlet 6 which is adjusted to act as a drain and also to keep a small quantity of scrubbing liquid on the bottom of the beds. The gas/liquid contact elements are spheres 13 located on a grid. Scrubbing liquid is injected into the beds 4 via the outlets 7 from spray headers 9 and conduits 11.

Claims (1)
[1]
The invention relates to apparatus for the design of the absorption process and can be used in the chemical industry and its adjacent industries. A known absorber includes a housing, with branch pipes for input and output of phases, inside of which a perforated base is placed, divided by partitioning partitions into sections, each of which has a mobile sprinkler and sprinkler 1}. A disadvantage of the known absorber is the low efficiency of the absorption process when the gas load decreases due to the failure of the absorbent through a perforated base with a constant free section. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the adsorption process by adjusting the free section of the perforated base. The goal is achieved by the fact that the absorber is equipped with turning flaps located under each section. FIG. 1 shows the absorber, common to FIG. Figure 2 is a perspective view of two absorber sections. The absorber includes a housing 1 with a nozzle 2 for introducing gas and a nozzle 3 for withdrawing gas. Inside the housing 1 is mounted a perforated base 4, divided by partitioning partitions 5 and 6 into sections. In each section 7, a movable nozzle 8 and a sprinkler 9 are placed. A grating 10 is located above each section 7, and a rotary valve 11, consisting of a locking plate 12 and rotating plates 13 around | Rod 14, is located below the section. Sectional partition 6 can be made as a combination of vertical plates 15 and 16 interconnected by an inclined plate 17, and in the vertical plate 15 a hole 18 is made, overlapped by the plate 19. AjScop6ep works as follows. . The gas enters the absorber through nozzle 2 and, perforated perforated base 4, interacts with the absorbent entering each section 7 through sprinkler 9. The presence of a movable nozzle 8 increases the interfacial surface of the contact, and restrictive grating 10 prevents it from being removed from the absorber. Preserving the efficiency of the absorption process that takes place in the absorber while reducing the gas load is achieved by changing the free cross section of the perforated base 4 by overlapping the required number of sections 7 by the action of the butterfly valves 11, and the overlapping of the perforated base 4 itself is carried out by the locking plates 12. The absorption of the absorbent from sections 7 is carried out through the holes 18 by means of the vertical movement of the plates 19. The cleaned gas leaves the absorber through the nozzle 3, and ny absorbent collected at the bottom of the housing 1 and is withdrawn from the absorber. Claims of the invention: Absorber comprising a housing with inlet and outlet nozzles of fae, inside of which a perforated base is placed, divided by partitioning partitions into sections, in each of which a movable nozzle and are placed. The sprinkler, characterized in that, in order to intensify the absorption process by adjusting the free section of the perforated base, it is equipped with pivoting points located under each section.
