Claims (3) [1] 1. Device for spreading a moving web of elastic material containing a pair of spreading rollers installed one below the other with annular protrusions, the annular protrusions of one of which are located in the annular grooves of the other and means for adjusting the gap between the expansion rollers, characterized in that, in order to effectively stretch the plastic film or mesh, it fixes the edges of the web along the path moving the web and a heater disposed in front of the spreading rollers, with each annular protrusion having an anti-friction coating at least at the periphery and annular projections one of the expansion rollers enters into the annular grooves of the other at a depth that provides for pleating the web in the transverse direction, [2] 2.
