The purpose of the invention is to reduce the size of the centrifuge.
This goal is achieved by the fact that a plugged channel is made in the rod to accommodate the outlet section of the pipe pit at the time of sludge discharge.
In this case, a Teflon tube with a liner fixed at its end is placed in the stem channel.
In addition to the hook, the discharge section of the supply pipe has an ebra on the perimeter, serving to scrape the sediment out of the stem channel.

The centrifuge includes a housing 1 in which, on the bed 2 on the hollow shaft 3 in bearings 4 and 5, a perforated drum 6 is fixed with a filter cloth 7, which is defrosted inside it, attached by one edge using an annular flange 8 to the discharge side 9 of the drum, and the other to

an outlet section of the supply pipe 13 having ribs 14 along the perimeter, which serve for scraping sediment out of the stem channel, the latter having a tube 15 made of teflon with a liner 16 fixed on its end.
To the section of the floe shaft 3 located (Figures 1 and 2) on the right side and beyond the bearing 5, the cylinder 17 is hermetically flanged with a cylinder 17 with a compressed working medium, preferably a hydraulic one. With the cylinder, the drive wheel 18 is rigidly connected, through which the cylinder 17 and the hollow shaft 3 can be rotated in a known manner, for example with a V-belt. In the shaft 3 there is a wedge-shaped axial groove 19, in which the wedge-shaped element 20 is coupled to the rod 11, so that the latter can rotate together with the hollow shaft 3 and also reciprocate within it. The drum shaft 3 is located in housing 21 serving as a support for bearings 4 and .5 and resting on frame 2, with a hole 22 made in the housing tightly closed by a removable cover 23.
The centrifuge works as follows.
Before serving the suspension in a centrifuge, it takes the position shown in figure 1. The rod 11 is retracted into the hollow shaft 3 of the drum b and the cylinder 17, as a result of which the bottom section 10 of the drum is located at the bottom 24 of the drum 6, and the filter fabric 7 lies against the inner wall of the latter. When the perforated drum is rotated, the suspension to be separated enters its cavity through the feed pipe 13. The liquid phase passes through the perforation of the drum and the partition 26 is directed to the collection "1K 27. Solid particles are retained by the filter cloth 7. Then the rod 11 is moved forward to the left (see F :: g. 2), due to which the filter cloth is turned outward and solid particles deposited on it are thrown into the sludge collector. At the time of sludge unloading, the feed pipe 13 enters through the holes in the lid 25 and the bottom section 10 into the plugged duct 12 of the stem 11.
The proposed centrifuge, as compared with the known constructions, is compact and at the same time productive, reliable and convenient in operation.
