The device (Figs. 1-6) contains the grips 1 for holding the neck of the bag 2, the welding elements in the form of electrodes 3 and several fold rods 4-10.

The supports 34 and 35 are connecting rods of a four-bar hinge sistek, the drive levers 36, 37 of which have the same length, the hinge f f mounted on the frame 38 with the possibility of mutually parallel movement.
The actuating levers 36, 37 are connected to the pins 39, 40, while the free ends of the latter are fastened on the plank 41 in such a way that the supports 34, 35 can be rotated. Bearing 35 pivotally mounted on the rod of the power cylinder 42, which is placed with the possibility of rotation on the bar 43 of the frame 38.
Frame 38 is also a four-link hinge connecting rod, its actuating levers 44, 45 have the same length and are fourfoldly mounted on a frame (not shown in the drawings) with the possibility of mutual parallel displacement. The drive lever 45 is connected to the lever 46, the free end of which is hinged on the rod of the power cylinder 47 and connected to the spring 48.
The lever 37 is provided with a cam 49 with a roller 50 mounted on the frame 38 rotatably and connected by a lever 52 of the power cylinder block 53 rotatable on the axis 51. The power cylinder 47 is placed on the frame rotatably around the axis 54, for which its rod is pivotally connected to the lever 55, which is rigidly connected with the levers 52.
The device works as follows.
In the lowered position, the folding rods are initially on both sides of the opened neck of the bag 2 and in this position move one opposite the other, with the rods 4-6 moving from right to left and the rods 710 from left to right. -
