专利摘要:
1507005 Air filters DONALDSON CO INC 16 June 1976 [19 June 1975] 24833/76 Heading B1D An air cleaner 10 contains a principle filter 34, a safety filter 24 positioned downstream and spaced apart from the principle filter, and pressure - responsive means adapted to indicate when the pressure drop across the safety filter reaches a predetermined value. The two filters are both mounted on a bracket 21 extended by a threaded rod 22 and each held by a respective wing nut 50 or 32 onto the threaded rod. Wing nut 32 has a passage comprising bores 71, 72 the ends of the passage communicating respectively upstream and downstream of the safety filter 24. A slack diaphragm 73 everts to a second position shown in phantom lines when the filter 24 becomes choked. A spot 75 .in diaphragm 73 shows in translucent window 76 before eversion, and if not everted is observable when end cover 12 is removed to change principle filter 34, indicating that filter 24 need not be changed. Filter 34, may be pleated paper contained between perforated metal cylinders. Wing nut 50 may also be as wing nut 32. Air to be cleaned entering tube 20 impinges on a metal cap 42 protecting the principal filter and passes blades 47 which induce a cyclonic action separating heavy particles prior to filtration.
(54) AIR CLEANER The invention relates to air cleaner designs and can be used to clean air from solid particles such as dust. The air cleaner is known, which includes a cylindrical body with an end cap, and joint pipes, perforated cylinders coaxially mounted in the body, placed between the main and emergency filter elements, mounting discs with central holes made in them, located at the ends of the bushing; l. A disadvantage of the known air cleaner is the insufficient efficiency of the processes of filtering gases and cleaning filter elements from dust, as well as the lack of visual observation of the degree of contamination of filter elements. In order to improve the processes of filtering gases and cleaning the filter elements of piercing, as well as provide visual observation of the degree of pollution. filter elements, the air cleaner is equipped with a lid mounted inside the emergency filter element, in which the housing has an opening, a connecting device made as passing through the holes in the mounting disks and a bracket of a threaded element and a wing nut screwed on the threaded element and located outside of the mounting disks, and fixed with a possibility of moving outside the threaded element by an insert in which it is closed with a viewing glass indicator chamber with an elastic membrane placed in it and channels connecting the indicator chamber with annular membranes formed by perforated cylinders. .. Fig. 1 shows an air cleaner, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 section A-A in FIG. 1, in FIG. 3 section bb in fig. 2. The air cleaner consists of a cylindrical body 1 with an end cap 2 and connecting nozzles 3 and 4, coaxially mounted in the body of perforated cylinders 5 and 6, placed by the main and emergency filter elements 7 and 8 cylinders, respectively. mounting discs 9 with tailoring w in them with central holes 10 ,, located at the ends of cylinders 5 and 6, located inside the emergency filter element 8 of the mounting bracket 11, in which a hole 12 is made along the axis of the housing, connecting the device, which passes through holes 10 12 in the mounting disks 9 and the bracket 11 of the sharpening element 13 and the husky husky 14, screwed onto the threaded element 13 and located outside the mounting disks 9, and fixed to the outside The insertion element 13 is inserted into the insert 15, in which the indicator chamber 1: 7 with the elastic membrane 18 and channels 19 placed in it is made, and the channels 19 are connected to it, the indicator chamber 17 is connected with the annular chamber di 20 formed by perforated cylinders 5 and G, connected to the air intake of the engine (not shown), and the pipe 3 is connected to the engine inlet (not shown) ,. Unfiltered air enters enclosure 1 and flows around element 7 along a helicoidal path. After passing through element 8, it enters the chambers 20, from where it passes through filter 21 and enters pipe 3. If both filter elements are clean, then the pressure drop is minimal. As the element 7 captures solid particles, the pressure drop over element 8 increases, but on the filter 21 it remains normal. In channel 19, the pressure acts on the left side of the membrane 18, and the pressure in the chambers 20 acts on the right side of the membrane, which remains in the position shown by the solid line, regardless of how strongly element 8 is loaded with particles. When the time comes check, serv. the face removes the cover 2 and unscrews the nut 14 to change the element 8. At this time, the inspector looks at glass 16. Membrane 18 is in a normal position and spot 22 is clearly visible. This indicates that the filter 21 is located IJ in the desired position for operation. A new main element 7 is inserted into the body and the cover 2 is put in place. Due to the slow accumulation of particles passing through the filter 21, it begins to clog and the pressure drop begins to grow. Over time, the pressure drop becomes large enough to transfer the membrane 18 to the second position, shown in dotted lines, and when the next replacement of element 7 is performed, when inspecting the glass 16, it will become clear that the spot 22 is not visible. Service - .. the living worker then unscrews the wing nut 14 and replaces the filter 21 with a clean one. Using the appropriate syringe or the power of his lungs, he sets the membrane 18 to the normal position and assembles the air cleaner again. If, for any reason, the elements 8 are pierced or pierced, particles of matter passing through the breakthrough will accumulate on the 21 M filter quickly clogged it. Then the membrane 18 will be transferred to the second position, the service position, indicating that the protective filter needs to be serviced. The shortening of the replacement period is an indication that c. element 8 there was a gap. Thus, even if the servicing receiver does not notice any structural disturbances in the external element when it removes it, its effect on the period of filter replacement 21 will replace both filter elements, even though the internal element may have been replaced only when the last replacement of the external filter and must work for some time. Formula of the invention The air cleaner comprising a cylindrical body with an end cap and connecting pipes, perforated cylinders coaxially mounted in the body, placed between the main cylinders to the emergency filter elements, mounting discs with central holes made therein, located on the cylinder ends, characterized by , in order to improve the process of filtering gases and cleaning filter elements from dust, as well as to ensure visual observation of the degree of contamination of lithium elements, it is provided with a mounting bracket located inside the emergency filter element, in which a hole is made along the axis of the housing, a connecting device made as passing through holes in the mounting disks and a screw element bracket and a bargin nut screwed on the threaded element and located outside the mounting element discs, and fixed, with the possibility of moving outside the threaded element with an insert, in which the indicator chamber is placed closed with a viewing glass therein the elastic membrane and the channels connecting the indicator cell with annular chambers formed Punch; 1rovannyMi cylinders.
