专利摘要:
Preservative for feeds which contains a liquid mixture of ammonium propionate, propylene glycol and water. The molar ratio of ammonium propionate to propylene glycol is from 1:0.1 to 1:0.7. The liquid mixture contains from 20 to 30 weight percent water, 44.2 to 64.6 weight percent ammonium propionate and 5.4 to 29.5 weight percent propylene glycol. Adequate preservation is ensured by the addition of from 0.3 to 3 wt % of the liquid mixture to the feed.

专利说明:

The invention relates to the field of fodder production, in particular to preservative agents, and can be applied in the preparation of canned food. Various preservatives for feed are known, one of the most effective of which is propionic acid ij. When pure propionic acid is used as a preservative, it is difficult to store and use because of the corrosive effect and the unpleasant smell of the acid. Because of these drawbacks, instead of chis, the acid is used in many cases, its salt, in particular the sodium or calcium salt. However, these salts have a high cost compared to propionic acid, and the use of these powdered salts in liquid media presents difficulties. Both propionic acid and sodium propionate and calcium oxidatively decompose during animal metabolism and are used energetically. It is also known to use solutions containing lower aliphatic carboxylic acid with 2-10 carbon atoms, the ammonium salt of this acid and water, as a preservative to combat the formation of powdery mildew on wet seeds and to prevent the formation of mold on silage 2. The described solutions contain 40-50 wt.% Water, so it is necessary to apply them in large volumes. This complicates and increases the cost of handling them during transport and storage and reduces the nutrient concentration of the feedstuffs, while the corrosive effect of ammonium propionate is also high. The aim of the invention is to improve the conservation properties of mediums, reducing their corrosive action. This goal is achieved by a means that contains water 2030 Bess.% And ammonium propionate with propylene glycol in a molar ratio of 1: 0.1-0.7 the rest. It is established that the proposed liquid agent has a very good preservative effect on feed. At the same time, the agent according to the invention has the following advantages in comparison with the known preservatives: it does not cause corrosion of iron (row of boiler sheet steel HI), guminumin and indifferent to polyethylene, polyester resins and polyvinyl chloride. The feedstuffs that are treated with the mixtures of the invention can be stored (if their own organic acid content is normal) in tanks or rooms that are not protected from corrosion. Pure preservative can also be stored in iron tanks without any corrosion. The mixture can also be stored and processed at low temperatures. At temperatures up to -b, 5c, no solids are released. In addition, the liquid agent can be extremely easily obtained and metered. It is almost odorless, with prolonged exposure to air, neither amAshak nor acid fumes from it, it does not burn the skin. The mixture, depending on the nitrogen content, has an additional nutritional value. The feedstuffs containing the mixture as an additive are eaten by animals much faster than untreated food. The water content in the medium according to the invention may be 20% and 30% by weight, the molar ratio of propionate and water being 1: 2.0-1: 3.5. Ammonium propionate, propylene glycol is mixed to obtain the preservative of the invention. and water or propionic acid, ammonia propylene glycol and water. At the end of the experiment, a perfect ratio of ammonium propionate: propylene glycol is approximately 1: 0.3 and a molar ratio of ammonium propionate: water 1: 2.7. The liquid mixture of ammonium propionate and propylene glycol of the invention is suitable for preserving feedstuffs at a consumption rate of approximately 0.3 wt.% Based on feedstuffs, it is sufficient to add up to 3 wt.%. It is advisable to add to the green fodder of any species (for example, grass, alfalfa, clover and corn for green mass) 0.4-2.0 wt.% Of the mixture, wet after harvest, all kinds of feed grains (barley, oats, rye, wheat ) and corn for grain, as well as legumes as feed 0.43, O wt.%, compound feeds and their raw materials (for example, tapioca, by-grain products, products of starch, sugar and oil industries, plant and animal protein products) 0 , 3-3.0 wt.% Conservative agents based on feedstuffs. The required expenditure rate increases with increasing moisture content of the feedstuffs. Example 1. Industrial feedstocks (fattening of pig feed) are brought to a moisture content of 18% by weight of water and the mixture is treated with 85 parts by weight. approximately 65% aqueous solution of ammonium propionate and 15 wt.h. 100% propylene glycol (PAP) and for comparison with pure propionic acid (PC). Experience shows that the mixture according to the invention, in comparison with pure propionic acid, already in smaller quantities has a good preservative effect on the feedstuff.

Correct These data show that the content of raw barley protein is increased as a result of processing with the mixture according to the invention; the starch content is virtually unaffected. And Figure 4. The rate of feeding on large poraTtJM with livestock feed, to which the mixture according to the invention (PAH) is added, is compared with the speed of feeding raw feed (control feed). Each animal is given daily 1 kg of compound feed in two portions. In tab. 4 given the results. Table 4
The feeds treated with mixtures according to the invention are eaten by animals faster than untreated feed.
Example 5. To test the preservative effect of the proposed preservatives by comparison with known preservatives for each experiment, 50 kg of compound feed (prepared feed used for fattening pigs, moisture content of approximately 16%) is mixed with the amount of preservative agent offered so that the added amount of ammonium propionate , in relation to the feed, would be 0.35 wt.%. After that, the feed was stored in covered plastic dishes.
Intermediately every few days, the stability of individual feed samples is established with simultaneous KOHTpoJ eM temperatures. ammonium propionate to propylene glycol 1: 0.1 and 1: 0.7, which are indicated in the claims. The composition of IV has a molar ratio of propionic acid to ammonia of 1: 0.85.
Composition V is a 50% (by weight) aqueous solution of ammonium propionate, thus the amount of ammonium propionate corresponds to means III. Composition VI - 30% (by weight) aqueous solution of propylene glycol, the amount of propylene glycol corresponds to the means III.
From the data table. 5, it can be seen that the stability when applying the proposed preservatives I, II, III is more than 40 days, while the feed with the known preservative mixture can be maintained for only 25 days. This mixture does not have a better preservative effect than a 50% ammonium propionate (V) aqueous solution. The 30% strength propylene glycol (VI) solution does not improve the storage stability of the feed.
Table 5
From the table. 6, it can be seen that the proposed agents exhibit a lesser corrosive effect than the known preservative agents.
