This goal is achieved by the fact that the destruction of the aerial part is carried out by means of influence. the aerial part relative to the soil by high voltage pulses. The invention is illustrated by the example of the operation of a device containing electrodes and a power source which provides an impact on plants on the soil by high voltage pulses when the soil and the above-ground part of the plants are brought into electrical contact with the electrodes connected to the power source. In this case, the following processing solution is adhered to: energy density in the order of 11-15 kW / Foot of crop width at a voltage of 20 kV. During processing, the above-ground part of the plants will be destroyed, and this treatment will have a favorable effect on the roots, strengthening the peel.
