专利摘要:
A coupling device for container lashings comprises two tensioning members (1, 3; 11, 13) having coacting teeth (2, 12) and a clamping means (20) for keeping the members with the teeth (2, 12) in mesh. One flank of the teeth (2, 12) inclines at an angle ( alpha ) of between 95 DEG and 110 DEG to the tensional load direction (r) of the member. The other flank of the teeth inclines at an angle ( alpha ) of between 30 DEG and 50 DEG to the tensional load direction (r). The clamping means (20) is an eccentric clamping collar, surrounding the members (1, 11) in their toothed zone and in an open condition affording a clearance (s) between the top land planes of the elements (1, 11) in the same order of magnitude as the tooth depth (t) but in a closed condition the collar (20) maintains the teeth (2, 12) of the members in mesh. Each of the members have means (4, 14) against which a tensioning apparatus (30), e.g. a hydraulic tensioner can be applied. The collar (20) has an eccentric operating lever (29), the angular attitude of which indicates the closed or open state of the collar (20).

one
The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to ship lanyards. one
A shipboard lanyard is known, containing two identical-shaped tensioning elements with a gripping organ at one of its ends and transverse teeth on the mating surface and a clamping device connecting the tensioning elements, which are made to mate with each other via the Ifl teeth. However, such a lanyard is unreliable in operation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation of the ship lanyard.
The goal is achieved in that the ship lanyard is provided with four stoppers and two bushings; | the tensioning element teeth are made f asymmetrical with the inclination of one adjacent portion of the profile relative to the point of the spike at an angle of 95-110 and the inclination of the other adjacent portion of the profile at an angle of 30-50 °; the clamping device is made in the form of a bracket containing a profile cam with a handle articulated with it, which is pivotally mounted relative to the bracket, and the gripping
organs of tension elements are made in the form of hooks; at the same time, stoppers are installed in pairs on each tensioned element; they are made matching with an adjacent tensioning element; element; The sleeves are fastened on the tensioning elements perpendicular to their longitudinal axis, and the clamping device bracket has tensionable elements that can be moved relative to them, and the profile cam of the bracket is made compatible with one of the tensioning elements.
FIG. 1 is schematically depicted.
15 ship lanyard, general appearance; Fig.2to same plan; fig. 3 - node 1 in figure 1; in fig. 4 shows a section AA in FIG. 1 with the working position of the turnbuckle; in fig. 5 - then
20, in the non-working position of the lanyard, in FIG. B, is a tension device.

Claims (2)
[1]
Ship lanyard includes two identical tensioning elements containing flat bars 1.1, 1.2 with teeth 25 2.1, 2.2, made perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bars. At one end of the bars 1.1 and 1.2 there are hooks 3.1, 3.2, at the root of which the bushes 4.1, 4.2 are rigidly attached to the bars. At the other end of the bars there are stoppers 5.1, 5.2, for fixing the clamping bracket b on them, which connects the tensioning elements. Stoppers 5.1, 5.2 also serve to prevent mutual skewing of bars 1.1 and 1.2 when they interact. The stoppers 5.1, 5.2 are mounted on both sides of the bars 1.1, 1.2 in pairs. The hydraulic tensioning device contains a jack 7, the cylinder of which has a cross finger 8, and the plunger has a finger 9. Fingers 8 and 9 are made to fit with sleeves 4.1, 4.2, respectively. The conduit 10 is intended to supply and dislodge the working medium. The clamping bracket 6 contains the bracket 11 itself with a jumper 12 and two parallel cheeks 13 and 14. The shaft 15 is mounted on the bearings 16 in the holes of the cheeks 13, 14. The profile cam 17 is rigidly fixed on the shaft 15 The conical spring 18 is located between the cam 17 and the cheek 14 for fixing the cam position. The cam 17 is provided with a handle 19 for turning it to a working or non-operating position. Ship lanyard is used as follows. When attaching containers, for example, to the ship's deck, the container and deck elements are tied together by means of a lanyard. For this, when the grip 19 is perpendicular to the axis, the tarer hooks 3.1, 3.2 are moved to the required distance by the free movement of the tensioning elements, it holds each other with each other when the teeth are taken out of the engagement x 2.1, 2.2. Then hooks 3.1, 3.2 are inserted into the fastening elements of the container and the deck of the vessel, after which they are tightened by supplying the working medium to the elevated cylinder cavity of the jack 7. When the required tension of the fastening elements of the container and the deck of the vessel is reached, the handle 19 is moved to the position parallel to the longitudinal axis of the lanyard, which ensures mutual fixation of the tensioning elements, due to the selected shape of the teeth 2.1, 2.2. Then, the pressure of the working medium is removed from the cylinder of the jack, (And the lanyard remains in the closed position due to the interaction of the coupled teeth 2.1.2.2. To release the drill, the handle 19 is moved to the previous position, which ensures the free mutual movement of the tension teeth elements, and therefore, hooks 3.1, 3.

2. These elements move under the action of a jack when creating pressure in the subplate cavity of the cylinder or under pressure from the weight of one of the tensioning elements. Claims of the invention A ship lanyard comprising two tension elements of the same shape with a gripping organ at one end and transverse teeth on a mating surface and a clamping device that connects tension elements that are made to match one another by means of teeth, differing in that, in order to increase the reliability of operation, it is equipped with four stoppers and two stubs, the teeth of the tensioning elements are made asymmetrical with the inclination of one adjacent section of the tooth profile relative to The sharpened surfaces are at an angle of 95-110 and the slope of the other mating section of the profile is at an angle of 30-50, the Zookimnre device is installed in the form of a bracket containing a profile cam with a knob that is rotatably fixed to it, and the gripping bodies are not {9Live SJteMeHTOB made in the form of hooks; at the same time, the stoppers are installed in pairs on each tension element and made matching with the adjacent tension element; The sleeves are fastened on the tensioning elements perpendicular to their longitudinal axis, and the clamping bracket of the clamping device on the tensioning elements can be moved relative to them, and the profile cam of the bracket is made to mate with one of the tensioning elements.
