1477653 Tomato harvester BUDAPESTI MEZOGAZDASAGI GEPGYAR 12 Sept 1974 [20 Oct 1973] 39757/74 Heading AIF In a tomato harvesting machine, at least part of the crop is separated from the stems by a vibratory feed conveyor 9, which also feeds the plants to pairs of contra-rotating rollers effecting final separation of the crop and arranged either downstream of the conveyor in an upwardly stepped overlapping arrangement (Fig. 3, not shown) or, as shown, above and along the conveyor at 6, 8, 10, and a stem lifting device 5 is arranged above conveyor 9 (Fig. 1a, not shown) or, as shown, above a chain screen 4. As shown, the plants are fed successively from a cutting device 2, via an embracing conveyor 3, the lifting device 5, and the chain screen 4, to the vibratory conveyor 9. The roller pairs 6, 8, 10 have associated therewith screw conveyors 13 for disposal of the separated stems and/or Fig. 2 (not shown) have stem chopping and ejecting drums.
(54) MACHINE FOR CLEANING TOMATOES one The invention relates to machines for harvesting tomatoes, in which, in accordance with the technological process and the constructive device of the known machines, the branches separated from the stems are fed by a belt conveyor to a separate shaking device. Closest to the invention is a tomato harvesting machine, containing, and successively located on the frame, disks for trimming bushes, separating the bar elevator with the fruit separator attached under it, the fan and the unloading conveyor 1. The disadvantage of this machine is the poor quality of the separation of tomatoes from the bushes. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of separation of tomatoes from the bushes. This goal is achieved by the fact that the fruit separator is made in the form of at least two counter-rotating twin rollers with a rotary bushes chopper and a screw conveyor behind them, with finger rotors installed in front of the rollers to lift the mass to be separated, and an additional bar behind the bar elevators fruit department yushpy mechanism, performed from overlapping each other stepped roller pairs. FIG. 1 shows the proposed machine for the harvesting of tomatoes, general view; in fig. 2 shows the main units of the machine in the process of separating the fruits and collecting the branches, side view; in fig. 3 - a constructive version of the machine, the total BPD; in fig. 4 - the same in 10 work process, side view. The harvesting machine consists of a drive shaft 1, a disk pair 2, deflecting conveyors 3, a foam separator 4, a device 5 equipped with adjustable fingers and eccentric rods, a nerve of a separating pair of rollers 6 of the feeding and shaking device 7, a second separating roller pair 8, transporting elements 9, the third 20 separating valpkovoy pair 10, elastic transverse belt conveyor And, the fan 12, the screw conveyor device 13, the discharge elevator 14. 25 In the variant of the harvesting machine, there is a centrifugal drum 15 and a blowing channel 16. The machine operates as follows. The machine is driven via a drive shaft 1 connected to the axle shaft of the tractor. Plants cut off near the ground by a disk disk 2 or other well-known tools, are interposed between the deflecting conveyors 3, heated on the valuable separator 4 (as a result of increased machine speed), from which the corresponding device 5 equipped with regulating fingers or eccentric rods, transports the bushes of the first separating pair of rollers 6 located on it. The bushes transported by the feeding-shaking device 7 placed under the roller pair 6 fall into the zone of action of the second oh separating roller pair 8, and the roller pair is installed in such a way that the node-shaking device 7 located at the node 7 continues to transnortirovat only smaller bushes that are between the transporting element 9. After passing the separating roller bunker 10, which has an enhanced gripping capacity, the separated tomatoes fall between the rods of the drawing 5 onto the elastic cross conveyor belt AND, while the air flow from the fan 12 carries the leaves of the branches to the harvesting machine. Worm conveyor device 13, mounted together with separating roller pairs 6, 8, 10, takes the branches to the side. The discharge elevator 14 transfers the separated fruits to a collection trolley or machine. The use of a variant of the machine is especially advantageous when harvesting tomatoes from bushes with thick branches, and when using this harvesting machine, the cut plants can easily be buried. The device can also be designed so that the blowing channel 16 of the centrifugal drum 15 connected to the shaft pair 6 feeds the crushed plants behind the machine to the ground, however, the screw conveying devices are not used. In an embodiment of the invention, one or more plant raising devices 5 are placed on the receiving-pointing device, the devices having adjustable fingers or eccentric pins, thereby creating good conditions for separating mature fruit, while the green mass being crushed accelerates its movement in the direction of transport. From the feeding device 7, the tomatoes fall directly onto the transverse belt transnorter 11, today the bushes and parts of the plant come at the expense of their own speed, as well as the node of the actual air flow of the fan 12 to the empty, stepped roller mechanism. The roller mechanism has such a design that the interacting roller pairs overlap, and the roller mechanism can grab and pass through the bushes or branches. They are generally captured at any point on the surface of the rollers. The spatial arrangement of the roller mechanism is different from well-known roller mechanisms (in which the centers of neighboring roller pairs are located on a straight line or the centers connecting their straight lines intersect each other) in that the direct ones connecting each other on the other, the centers of the rollers of the roller pairs are parallel. The plant parts passing through the shaft separator fall behind the machine on the ground. Further transportation of tomatoes is carried out in a known manner.
