A spherical-thread spindle nut bearing at least one single-transfer insert piece, which comprises a spherical-thread spindle nut and a spindle. A nut housing surrounds the spindle. Two adjacent thread starts have thread flanks. At least one single-transfer insert piece is disposed between the thread flanks. Balls are adapted to travel in threads along bearing lines in the direction of rotation of a nut and the spindle. The bearing lines, receiving the load in the direction of rotation in the thread of the nut, are interrupted in the range of the transfer of the balls into and out of, respectively, said single-transfer insert piece by each of a bevel and perpendicular, respectively, forming a place of discontinuity. The balls, upon leaving and reentering, respectively, into the bearing lines, rest at predetermined first points simultaneously on perpendicular guide path wall parts, at predetermined second points each, and seat themselves in the guide path bottom, extending perpendicularly to the guide path wall part, at each of predetermined third points. The perpendicular guide path wall part of the single-transfer insert piece is bent parallel to the bearing lines, the latter being free of points of discontinuity at the sides opposite the points of discontinuity.

The closest in technical essence to the invention is a ball screw drive containing a screw, a nut and an insert with a return channel for the balls, and the nut has transitions in the helical groove sections adjacent to the return channel (1.
The disadvantage of this transfer is the difficulty of making the nut, since the insert is provided only for a small circumference of a part of the nut.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the manufacture of the nut.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the nut insert is made in the form of a cylindrical insert, and the transitions are made in the form of a notch with a generatrix arranged parallel or at an angle to the axis of the channel having a rectangular cross-section, and the notch is cylindrical.

The nut 1 for ball screws contains at least one liner 2 fixed on the outer perimeter, made in the form of a cylindrical insert, with a return channel of 3 balls 4. The nut has a cutting profile 5. The insert 2 has transitions made in the form of a notch with generatrix 6 located parallel or at an angle to the axis of the return channel 3. The balls 4 move along the carrier lines 7 in both

The nut for ball screws works as follows.

When the ball 4 enters the guide 8, 9 of the liner 2, the ball descends from its carrier lines 7 at point 10. The circle curve shown at point 10 represents the upper boundary line in the cutting profile 20, made by grinding with a bevel using a grinding wheel at the same time in the places of entry and exit, which is advisable to do after machining the holes under the liner 2 in the nut 1.
This bevel should be so steep that, when the hinges descend from point 10, they rest simultaneously at point 11 on the vertical part of the wall of the guide 8, 9 and point 12 in the guide 8, 9, not touching the inclined plane, and on the guide 8, 9, only the mass force of the balls acts, which is not strong enough to move the insert, 2. Instead of grinding the bevel, a vertical wall can be made with a mill along the circular curve at point 10. This condition gives entry and exit of the balls without jamming.
Since the balls 4 perform a spatial movement at the entrance to the exit, the vertical part of the wall of the guide 8, 9 is cut off at point 13; at an angle in parallel to the non-ruptured carrying lines 7. The wilderness condition of the slice, for example, by milling with the o6KafKH method presents no difficulty.
The guide 8, 9 has a large volume of space for a lubricant reserve so that, with an appropriate lubricant reserve, it is possible to permanently lubricate the spindles with cutting under the balls.
Since the bottom shape of the guide 8, 9 for the balls 4 depends on the diameter and spindle pitch and is difficult to calculate, the option with the inserted guide edge 14 with the touch point 15 gives three special advantages. Firstly, this increases the lubricant space for the use of constant lubrication. Secondly, the processing to form the space 16 is now simplified, and this space depends only on the pitch and does not depend more on the diameter of the spindle. And third, the shape of the rib 14 is determined by the diameter of the spindle and the outline of the cutting profiles 5, and is calculated electrically, then produced in large quantities by stamping. The shape of the rib 14 is not critical. It is important only strict compliance with the conditions: the ball must touch simultaneously points 10, P, 13.
If the speed of the ball is small, then the vertical parts will be guided by an equalizing 8, 9, and it will roll over the Cutting profile 5, without touching the edge 14.
Curve 17 has the shape of a circle with a sufficient distance from the average cutting diameter of the spindle. The slot 18 serves to adjust the transition.
The description comes from a preferably pointed arc profile with a certain carrier line 7, but the transition of this form can be applied with advantages also for round-arc and even trapezoidal cutting profiles x, as it has been established that the position of point 10 remains unchanged with these profiles sufficient accuracy over the life of the nut.
The main advantage of the invention is the creation of a liner with a shape that is most applicable to the diameter of the i-pin, the spindle tag and the size of the balls, guaranteeing their uninterrupted circulation without interruption.

1. A nut for ball screws, containing at least one reinforced on the outer perimeter, an insert with a ball return channel and having transitions on the helical grooves adjacent to the return channel, in order to simplify the manufacture of the nut, the liner is made in the form of a cylindrical insert, and the transitions are made in the form of a recess with a generator located parallel to or at an angle to the axis of the channel; having a rectangular cross section.
