The invention relates to packaging, in particular to cardboard containers coated with thermoplastic having means for opening it. The goal is to prevent damage to the package. All packaging modifications shown in the drawings are for liquids. The package is provided with a lid 1 which is made of carrier material 2, such as cardboard or paper, which is provided with a plastic coating 3 on the outside and a plastic coating 4 on the inside packaging side. In the lid 1, a slot 5 is provided in which the tearing device is installed. A perforation line 6 is made on the lid. Along the perforation line 6, which in this case is a closed oval line, there is a tear-shaped device 7 in the form of a rivet (according to the modification of FIGS. 2 and 3, with a ring 8 attached to the outer surface gripping ring 9). The tear device is made of plastic by means of injection molding and has at least one annular radial groove 10, tightly covering the edge of the slot. Using a perforation line 6, a drain hole is formed, which corresponds to the tear-off part 11 of the lid (within the line) 6 perforations). The edge of the tearing device 7 on the side of the inner surface of the cover is adjacent to the perforation line 6 in at least one place. In the modification of FIGS. 2 and 3, the rivet-shaped device 7 for tearing is at the point closest to the side edge 12 of the lid and forming the top of the drain hole. It is located, like the riveted rifle device 7, within the perforation line B, i.e. in the detachable part of the cover. The preformed ring 8, according to FIG. 2, is placed on the upper plastic layer of the lid 1. The lower outer edge 13 of the ring 8 is located coaxially with the perforation line 6 (in FIG. 2 to the right). In addition, the ring 8 has an outwardly open and radially in relation to the drain hole outside the groove 14, which runs annularly along the edge and serves to re-close the outlet. The thickness of the groove 14 (Fig. 2, right) is greater than that of the paper layer, including the plastic layers. On the underside of the ring 8 and on the opposite ring, the rivet-shaped device 7 for tearing has a wedge-shaped bevel 15 for improved re-closure. In FIG. 3, the lid is visible from the inside of the package, which makes it possible to determine the outer contour of the rivet-shaped device 7 for tearing along an extended line in the shape of a circle. The modifications of FIGS. 4 and 5 also include a section of the ring 8 in the form of a rivet, but not along the entire perforation line 6, next to which, as a rule, a longitudinal slot is provided throughout. In Fig. 5, the longitudinal slot is partially present, but it is interrupted in four places, where the EIDND is a dash-dotted line 6 of the perforation. Fig. 5, like Fig. 3, is a view of the lid from the inside of the package in a still closed state. In Fig. 5, in the second modification, a mushroom-shaped thickening of the rivet-shaped tearing device 7, looking inside the package, is seen on two parallel oval solid lines, which is connected to the upper ring 8 only through longitudinal slots. The slot of the cover is made in the form of a discontinuous ring. The described tear device allows easy opening of the package exactly along the perforation line, as well as re-closing the package due to the presence of radial grooves.

Claims (4) [1] 1. A package comprising a body and a lid made of cardboard one-sided with a thermoplastic coated on both sides, which has a perforation line to form an outlet opening by tearing, characterized in that, in order to prevent damage to the package, it is provided installed in the slot cover fixture for tearing, provided with a gripping ring made of plastic by injection molding, with at least one annular radial groove tightly covering the edge of the slot, with the edge of the tearing device on the side of the inner surface of the cover adjacent to the perforation line in at least one place.
