The invention relates to a device for cleaning rubble from a railway track.
A crushed-stone-cleaning machine is known, comprising a frame consisting of at least two parts that are hingedly interconnected with the possibility of rotation around a vertical axis and resting on running carts located in the areas of the hinged connection of said parts and the end portion of the frame mounted on
one of the frame parts with a drive in a vertical plane driven endless scraper chain for removing rubble from under the rail-tie grid, consisting of two longitudinal sections located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the machine and connected to its frame by means of a turning drive, and hingedly connected with these sections of the cross section, the device for clearing
crushed stone, a conveyor for supplying clean rubble into the road, mounted on a frame, and a track raiser located in the location area of the chain
The machine does not provide the exact orientation of the working bodies relative to the path when working in curved sections with a small radius, which reduces the efficiency of the machine.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the machine by providing work on curved sections of a small radius path.
To achieve this goal, in a rubble machine, containing a frame consisting of at least two parts that are hingedly interconnected with the possibility of rotation around a vertical axis, and resting on running carriages located in the areas of the hinged connection of said parts and the end portion of the frame mounted on one of the frame parts with the ability to move in a vertical plane driven endless scraper chain for removing rubble from under the rail-tie grid, consisting of two longitudinal sections, installed on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the machine and connected to its frame by means of a pivot drive, and a cross-sectional section hinged to these sections, a device for cleaning rubble, a conveyor for supplying clean rubble to the track, mounted on a frame, and a track-picker located in the placement area said chain, at least one travel carriage connected to the second frame part, is mounted for movement along the machine by a drive and formed by two two-axle carts, which by means of pins Also connected to the plate is a pin connected to the base plate, which is installed in U-shaped rails fixed on the second frame part and connected to the specified drive. The pin connecting the plate to the base plate is located under the hinge connecting the frame parts, and in the extreme position of the indicated chassis carriage, the pivot and hinge axes are located on the same vertical axis. The transverse section of the endless scraper chain consists of two parts that are hingedly connected to each other with the possibility of rotation around a vertical axis. located in the middle of this plot
In addition, a device for cleaning rubble is mounted on the second part of the frame and is formed by two screens located along this part of the frame.
Fig. 1 shows the rubble-cleaning machine, a general view, Fig. 2 - the same, a top view when operating on a curvilinear section of the path, Fig. 3 - moving
crawler car truck, top view; figure 4 - section aa in figure 1.
The crushed stone machine contains a frame consisting of three parts 1-3, interconnected by hinges 4 and 5
0 vertical axis of rotation. The frame rests on the undercarriage 6 and 7. located in the areas of the hinged joints of the frame parts and made four-axle. Trolley 7 is installed with the possibility
5 moves along the machine by a hydraulic drive 8 and is formed by two biaxial carriages, which with the help of pivots 9 are connected to a plate 10, a pivot 11 connected to a support plate 12.
0 The latter is installed in U-shaped guides 13 fixed on the frame part 3. The hinge 4 connecting the parts 2 and 3 of the frame is formed by a pin 14 (figure 4), which passes through the plate 15 of the base of part 3
5 frames, while the frame part 2 through the slide support 16 rests on the plate 15. The plate 10 rotates freely around the pin 12 of the pin 11 connected to the plate 12, and both two-axle carts located in this zone,
0, independently of one another, turn and follow the track. The support plate 12 is connected to the drive 8, the king pin 11 is located below the hinge 4, and in the extreme position of the carriage 7, the axis of the hinge 4 and
5 pivot 11 is located on the same vertical axis.
On part 2 of the frame of the machine, an endlessly scraper chain 17 is installed with the possibility of being driven in height.
0 Chain 17 is designed to scrape rubble from under the rail and tie lattice and consists of two longitudinal sections 18 located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the machine and connected to its frame.
5 by a pivot drive, and pivotally connected to sections 18 of a transverse section 19, formed from two parts, pivoting one relative to another around a vertical axis located in the middle
0 section 19. Behind the trolley 7 in the direction (arrow B) of the machine’s operation, a track lifter 20 located in the chain zone 17 is installed on the frame part 2. A conveyor 21 is located along the machine, one end of which
5 is placed under the discharge end of the chain 17, and the second above the device 22 for cleaning rubble formed by two screens. In the chain zone 17, a cab 23 with a control panel is mounted on the frame of the machine. Conveyor 24 for feeding cleaned
rubble on the way is mounted at the bottom of part 2 between device 22 and sections 25 and 26 of laying rubble. In the area of section 26, a sealing bar 27 is hingedly mounted on part 2 of the frame. In front of section 19 of chain 17, a gripping member 28 for rails is mounted on part 2 of the machine frame. On part 1 of the frame installed power plant 29, from which all the drives of the machine.
The limitation on the size of the approximation of buildings in FIG. 2 is indicated by lines 30 beyond which vehicles traveling along the path must not extend. When operating in a curved section of the track, the undercarriage 7 is moved to its most forward working position, with the rear end of the frame part 3 protruding in the direction of the rounding of the path, approaching the restriction of the specified dimension. When the carriage 7 is moved by the actuator 8 in the direction of the hinge 4, the protruding end of the frame part 3 and the end of the frame 2 connected to it move to the center of the path rounding and occupy the positions shown by the dash-dotted line and indicated by the positions 31 and 32, and the ball joint 4 is indicated by the position 33 Due to the rotation of parts of section 19 around the vertical axis, chain 17 also does not go beyond the limitation of the approximation size of buildings.
The machine works as follows.
In operation, the machine moves in the direction of arrow B. When the machine is moved to the place of operation, the actuator 8 is powered from the power plant 29 so that the carriages 7 are in the position shown in figure 1 by a dash-dotted line. The chain 17 is in a transport position, also shown in phantom lines. The axis of the hinge 4 is always above the axis of the path during this movement, and the pin 11 and this axis are located on the same vertical. At the same time, the length of part 2 of the frame or the distance between the hinges 4 and 5 must be such that, in curvilinear sections of a path of small radius, they do not go beyond the limit of the size of the approximation of buildings.
After the arrival of the car to the repaired part of the path of the carriage 7, the drive 8 is moved to the position shown in figure 1 by a solid line. The rail sleeper grab is lifted by the gripping bodies 28 and its rails are undocked, chain 17 is driven under the rail spike grids. sections of chain 17 are set by drives in such a way that the width of chain 17 is slightly larger than the length of the sleepers. Then a raised section of the grid
organs 28 are lowered, the rails dock. The rail grid is grabbed by the track elevator 20 and is raised. Drives of movement of the machine, chain 17, conveyors 21 and 24, and device 22 are turned on. At the same time, by moving the pins 11 in curvilinear sections of the small radius path, part 2 of the machine frame is displaced in the direction of bending.
0 ways. In this way, the chain 17 is displaced to a position indicated by a solid line. The chain 17 does not go beyond the limitation of the size of the approaching structures and covers the rail and tie bars, which are offset 5 relative to part 2 of the frame.
Trolleys 6 can also be mounted to move along the machine.
