The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities.
FIG. 1 shows a needle cylinder and a lock part of a circular machine of the invention according to the invention, a side view in longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is the same; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. 1.2; in fig. 4 - needle cylinder according to FIG. 1, (side view in longitudinal section).
The needle cylinder 1 of the circular knitting machine (Fig. 1) is provided on its outer surface with longitudinal parallel grooves 2, in which the breaker-containing platinum 3 is installed with the possibility of longitudinal movement and limited vertical movement with rods 4. Platinum 3 alternating with one needles 5, have on their rod from the side opposite to the needle cylinder 1, pt 6. On the rod of each platinum 3 there is a platinum head 7 with an enclosing wire 8, a notch 9 and a coupe edge 10 which is made q edge of the needle cylinder 11 at station 12.
As shown in FIG. 3, each platinum 3 with its stem 4 is inserted with a gap into the corresponding groove 2 of the needle cylinder 1, while each tongue needle 5 is installed between two adjacent plates. Thus, the guides of the needles 5 on the sides are platinum 3, they have a side gap defined by the curvature of the needle cylinder, which ensures their stroke capacity without adversely affecting the accuracy of the loop formation.

The rod 4 of each platinum 3 is made in the form of a two-armed lever, while between the shoulders on the side 4 of the rod opposite to pc 6 there is a protrusion 18 having a triangular shape in cross section. The protrusion 18 is located at the same level as the opposing plate b, and rests in the base of the corresponding groove 2 of the cylinder 1.
In the zone of the lower arm of the rods 4, grooves 19 are made (Figs. 1, 4) intended for an infinite annular spring 20 passing around the cylinder 1. The spring 20 lifts the platinum 3 to the one shown in FIG. 2, the end position, in which the platinum head 7 radially extends from the needle cylinder 1, and also serves to hold the plug together during mounting and adjustment.
The annular spring 21 is also made infinite and passes around the needle cylinder 1. Both annular springs ensure the fit of the rods 15 of the tongue needles 5.
The needle cylinder 1 is enclosed by a ring 2L of the bed, on which is fixed a lock 23 consisting of several rings, each of which is assembled from segments.
Shown in longitudinal section in FIG. 1 lock segment 23 has a hole 24 parallel to the needle cylinder 1, into which male 25 is inserted, a carrier of a platinum lock 26 projecting through a hole 27 and a carrying wedge 28 of a platinum lock, which interacts with planar 6 6, ensuring their longitudinal movement. The element 26 of the platinum lock can be adjusted in height by means of an adjusting mechanism 29 consisting of a rotatable disk 30 with a socket 31 having a pin connection with a finger 25. This connection has a pin 32 inserted transversely into the finger 25, which is inserted into the spiral cam the groove 33 on the inside of the disk 30. Thus, by rotating the disk 30, the finger 25 and the element of the platinum lock are adjusted in height.
The element 26 of the platinum lock is located between two surfaces 34 and 35 on either side of the swing point, corresponding to the gate 36 and the cam 37, which are wedges of the platinum lock.
