![]() Method of knitting combination of intermediate products for shorts on circular-knitting machine
专利摘要:
A plurality of brief blanks are knitted upon a circular knitting machine. A row of brief blanks are interconnected in side-by-side relationship in the form of a tube. In one embodiment, the tube is slit walewise as it is being knitted upon the machine, followed by coursewise separation. In a second embodiment, following coursewise separation on the machine, a length of tube (including a row of brief blanks) is removed from the machine and then slit walewise. The brief blanks are folded and side- seamed to complete assembly.
The invention relates to the production of knitted shorts. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the method in underpants for underwear. FIG. 1 shows a schematic shape of a partially tapered tube; in fig. 2 - loop pant structure; in fig. 3 is a flat sweep of short knitted blanks obtained from the tube shown in FIG. one; in fig. 4 — A panty-shaped workpiece is ready for joining; in fig. 5 - panties made from the one shown in FIG. 4 folded blank; in fig. 6 - a non-cut, partially constricted tube, comprising short blanks for women’s panties and children’s panties. The partially constricted tube shown in FIG. 1, in a fully rotary card in the knowledge of the circular feeding machine on the round. The tube consists of two connected short blanks of the required, mainly resembling an hourglass shape. FIG. 1, these blanks are shown in a state of interconnection, when one blank is positioned over another, parts E, EI and F, FL alternately forming a waistband of pants obtained from the upper short blank. To facilitate the separation of these two blanks, a certain number of needles, typically three, are lowered into diametrically opposite parts of the tube, denoted by z. Half of the ribbons for each of the two blanks are zhe first, with the closure structure shown in FIG. 2a Part E., EI of the clear ribbon consists of 184 looped rows of a web, knitted from the 1 Helanka thread, with the 2 Lycra thread being proCo with Ј It is placed in alternate loop posts and is laid out through insertion loop columns based on 1x1 eraser (on a 1x1 knit / float basis). Then in the torso part of the pants, part E, D, B, EI. having the same size with a part of the belt tape E, EL Intermediate part C, A, Ci, Ai, having a size which is approximately 1/3 of the size of the part of the belt tape E, EL G. G represents the asymmetrical centers of internostal part. The parts of the canvas E, D, C, G, A, B, EI and F, Di, Ci, Ai, Bi, Fi are plain weave from Helank yarn. The edges of the web shown in FIG. 1 through D, Di and B, Bi, respectively, form the holes for the legs in the finished pants with frames C, Ci and A, At, forming the crotch portion. The structures of parts C, A, G, and Ci, A1, G1 are given in FIG. 26 and in zhuts on the base of 7x1 yarn (thread) Helanka. This canvas has two loop-apart columns 3 of simple loops spaced apart from each other, and the seven stitched columns are inserted in alternate loop-stitched rows 4. The points CCi and AAi indicate the beginning of an insertable elasticized crotch portion, the structure of which is illustrated in FIG. 2c. This structure is identical to that shown in FIG. 26, but with Yarn Liqra, used in conjunction with Helanka 5. These two threads (yarns) are zhuts together only in widely spaced hinge columns, i.e. only in every eighth hinge column, and in other places they are laid through the input hinge columns. Thus, these decks are long decks that serve to constrict (narrow) the web in the direction of the hinge bar in the crotch region, resulting in a related width d that is approximately one third of the width di of the torso part. An inverted piping, similar to E, EI, of the structure illustrated in FIG. 2a, in zhets with a simple weave run section (not shown). This run section is long enough to close together the ends of the tubular portions of the belt and facilitate squeezing the finished tube. When the tube is connected and withdrawn from the machine, it is, as described, cut in the direction of the stitch in the process of either one or a set of cutting operations using a cutter or cutters with heated elements in each of the two cutting positions where three needles were passed. When the tube is cut, the edge around the leg opening in the finished pant rolls inwards along the BBi and DDi lines. This is achieved by the structure shown in FIG. 2d, where alternate looped rows of 10 elongated floorings (each up to 16 looped columns) are laid through The hinge 11 of the base structure ends at the hinge pillar 12. To the right of the hinge pillar 12, as shown, there are successively 1x1 stitches of flooring 13 immediately preceding the 5th side of the detachable part, as can be seen in the extreme right part of fig. 2d. In the structure illustrated in FIG. 2d, when longitudinal cutting occurs, the loops, which, as shown, are to the right of the hinge pillar 12, force the edge of the web to roll inward itself, while the padded hinges 10 to the left of the hinge pillar 12 force the web to fold back, thus providing clean, automatic edge separation along the leg openings. The preform is then folded, as shown in FIG. 3, and the side edges are stitched using a sewing machine. 0 overlock or sewing machine with flat table. In this way, hooded underpants are provided, as shown in FIG. five. Alternatively, the tubular billet may separate on the machine in the direction of 5 loops, the tubular section, present after separation, is then removed from the machine and cut in the direction of the hinge bar to provide a set of separated short billets of the desired shape. Example. The tubular extension of the web, which is illustrated in FIG. 6, I went to the round baler with a diameter of 5.75 inches (136.05 mm), which had 5,512 needles. Two positions of 6 sections along the hinge column were provided, in each of which three needles were lowered and thread 7 was laid through these positions. Positions 6 did not pass along a straight line to compensate for different sizes of short blanks. One section between positions The compartments included 320 needles for the production of women's underpants, and the other section 180 needles for the production of children's underpants. As can be seen from FIG. 6, the panty stock has the same overall length as the short pant stock, A different looping drum was provided for each section, i.e. one for women’s pants and one for children’s pants, each looping drum made a different selection of needles for the inter-part portions 8.9 of these two pant blanks. These short blanks are shown in FIG. 1 in a manner except that, according to FIG. 1, two short workpieces of the same size were put in; meanwhile, these workpieces were of different sizes. The tube was then separated in the direction of the hinge row in order to provide a shortened tube having two connected in the direction of the hinge column of the workpiece. With a shortened tube removed from the in-line machine, the separation in the direction of the hinge column was carried out to ensure the preparation of women's underpants and the stocking of children's underpants, each having a configuration / illustrated in FIG. 3. Then, each of the blanks was folded, as illustrated in FIG. 4, and the side edges of the workpiece were mixed on an Overlock sewing machine to form a dzo finished panties, as illustrated in FIG. five. The invention is not limited to the production of women's and children's underpants. Depending on the size of the pants required, the described 5.75-inch machine can produce two pairs of normal-sized women’s pants or three pairs of children's-sized pants. When two pairs of identical shorts were in the process at the bottom, it was found that one looping drum or other needle picker, such as an electric device, could be used to select needles.
