专利说明:
The invention relates to cutting plates made of hard wear-resistant material for use in grooving, cutting, turning and boring metal. The invention also extends to the holder used for this plate. The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by increasing the rigidity of the mount. Fig. 1 shows a turning-cutting system, including a cutting insert and a holder, a general view; figure 2 - the first form of the cutting plate, top view; fig.Z - plate, bottom view; 4 is an improved plate, bottom view; on 5 is a tool holder, side view; figure 6 - tool holder, top view; figure 7 - detail of the tool holder, a longitudinal section; 8 shows a detail with a clamping screw inserted. FIG. 1 shows a method for mounting a multi-directional tool plate in a tool holder. A multidirectional cutting tool plate 1, having essentially coaxially longitudinally convex top and bottom concave surfaces 2 and 3, is fixed between clamps 4 and 5, having the form of corresponding surfaces 6 and 7 and making up the body of the tool holder 8 one piece. And on VI GO g VI th 00 the surfaces 6 and 7 form a receiving groove for mounting the plate 1. This receiving groove communicates with a snapped slot 9 provided in order to provide the necessary resilience for fastening. The plate 1 is rigidly fixed in the receiving groove by means of the clamping screw 10, which, when tightened, tightly presses the clips 4 and 5 to the respective surfaces 2 and 3 of the plate. Surfaces 2 and 3, respectively, are formed by longitudinally directed Y-shaped surfaces, where the corresponding convex U-shaped edges are conjugated to the shape of the corresponding surfaces 6 and 7 of clamps 4 and 5. Through the conjugation of concave and convex edges of clamps 4 and 5 with surfaces 2 and 3, lateral movement of the plate with respect to the tool holder 8 is prevented. In the inner corner of the receiving groove there is a stop key 11, which serves to limit the degree of recess of the plate 1 into the groove, thus preventing the inner cutting end of the plate from touching the end of the groove. As can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the cutting plate is a multifaceted body having convex and concave upper and lower surfaces 12 and 13. The plate also has front and rear peripheral surfaces 14 and 15 and lateral peripheral surfaces 16 and 17 The upper and lower surfaces 12 and 13 have longitudinally located keyways 18 and 19 with a Y-shaped cross section. At the diametrically opposite corners of the plate there are cutting ends 20 and 21, which are alternately used when installing the plate in the tool holder, as shown in FIG. 1. The cutting ends 20 and 21 have an identical construction, and now one of them will be described. At the intersection of the upper surface 12 and the lateral peripheral surfaces 16 and 17, first and second lateral cutting edges 22 and 23 are formed, which extend respectively from angles 24 and 25 to an average position along the plate. A curvilinear front cutting edge 26 formed between the corners 24 and 25 formed at the intersection of the top surface 12 and the front peripheral surface 14. The cutting end 20 is also provided with a chip-forming ridge 27 located in the center, while the front peripheral surface 14 is formed with a notch 28 . The shape of the plates is different in that the upper surface 12 of the plate is somewhat wider than that of the lower surface 13. In addition, it is said that the upper and lower the plate surfaces 12 and 13 are respectively convex and concave, it is necessary to understand that this term is used when the convexity and concavity are determined by a continuously curved arc 29, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, and when concavity is formed a sequence of flat sectors 30, as shown in FIG. Since Figures 2-4 show that the plate has concave keyways 18 and 19, it is quite clear that the plate could also have one or two convex ribs for mating with the corresponding keyways formed in toolholder clamps. FIG. 5 shows that the body of the tool holder 8 has surfaces 6 and 7 and in the case of the bottom surface 7 this surface is formed by planar sectors, corresponding to the planar sectors forming the concave surface of the plate. A cutting surface with a curved front cutting edge 26. And also a recess 28 is provided in order to minimize the contact of the front cutting edge 26 and the front peripheral surface 14 with the workpiece in case of using a side turning plate, thus reducing friction resistance. Clips 4 and 5 (Fig. 6) of the tool holder body are connected to each other, as well as with the tool holder itself along line 31, directed at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the holder body 8. Further, the clamping screw 10 (Fig. 7 and 8) is intended for fastening into the hole 32, having a support shoulder 33 with an angular displacement relative to the upper surface of the clamp 4. Thus, it is ensured that when tightening the clamping screw 10 abuts against the upper surface of the support shoulder, resulting in the clamp 4 moving down in the direction of the line 34 and end of clamp 35 renders poppy maximum clamping effect on the top surface of the plate. This ensures that the plate will not be subject to lateral movement as a result of clamping effect of the upper clamp 4, directed downwards. As can be seen from figure 1, the lower clip 5 forms an angle of at least 90 ° with the front edge of the holder, thus the lower Clamp 5 provides increased resistance to deformation, usually occurring during use of the tool for cutting. A blunt angle on the bottom jaw is achieved by the special shape of the plate in accordance with the invention.
