1. A device for osteosynthesis, comprising a sleeve with external and internal threads and an end spacer section ι having a flange and longitudinal opposing grooves, as well as a mounting screw located in the sleeve, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of attachment in inhomogeneous bone tissues with long dowel, in it on the sleeve there are additional spacer sections with longitudinal grooves, pairwise offset from each other by 90 ° and having bore ends, moreover, the sleeve segments between the spacer sections filled with continuous annular walls.
