专利摘要:
A filter section for a rotatable filter of the kind including a plurality of sections (5) assembled into an annular filter disk. Each section (5) comprises two mutually spaced plate-shaped elements (6,7) which are at least partially perforated and provided with protrusions (8) keeping a filter cloth (9) spaced from the plate-shaped elements. The space between the plate-shaped elements (6,7) is in communication with a discharge conduit (2) for filtrate. At least one substantially radial drainage channel (12) is arranged between the elements (6,7), this channel having communication with the outlet (13) of the section. The space between the plate-shaped elements (6,7) at the side of the channel (12) is filled with a hardened compound (11). The plate-shaped elements (6,7) are provided with openings (10) towards the channel (12).

专利说明:

The invention relates to filtering, in particular to rotary filters, and can be used in various industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the device.
Figure 1 shows a filter section with a channel passing diagonally; Fig. 2 shows a filter section with two radial channels; FIG. 3 is the same as FIG. 1, cross section.
The filter section 1 includes an annular holder 2, axially directed nozzles 3 for the filtrate. The holder 2 has a U-shaped cross section and is connected by welding to axially located nozzles 3, which are provided with openings 4 in the direction of rotation indicated by arrow A, and closed on the opposite side. From nozzles 3 in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation, the inner part of the holder 2 is filled with a filling compound 5 or blocked in any other way from the rest of the holder 2. A connection is made through the holes 4 between the unfilled inside of the holder 2 and the nozzles 3 located axially.
The filter section 1 is installed between two axial connections 3 in the holder of the filter disc as described above. The filter section typically includes two plate elements 6 and 7, on the outer sides of which there are protrusions 8 that hold the filter fabric 9 at a distance from the respective surfaces of the element. In accordance with the invention, the protrusions 8 are not continuous, i.e. their length is limited and they are preferably mutually displaced in adjacent rows of protrusions (Fig. 1). In this design, the filtrate can flow at the surfaces of elements 6 and 7 in all directions. Elements 6 and 7 are provided with openings 10 for passing the filtrate passing through the filter fabric 9 into the area between elements b and 7, so as to make the internal cavity of the filter section 1 as small as possible, the space between elements 6 and 7 in accordance with this The invention is filled with a curable compound 5 (Fig. 3). Compound 5 should preferably have adhesion properties and penetrate into the internal cavity of the protrusions 8. Besides the fact that compound 5, filling the internal volume of the filter section 1, reduces its volume, it gives the section a greater ability
to resist the compression caused by the pressure created in the section during the filtration process. Since compound 5 is also in the inner cavities of the projections 8,
greater resistance to shear forces applied to the compound from the side of elements 6 and 7 is achieved, and thus greater rigidity and resistance to torsional loads of section 1.
0 To remove the filtrate from the areas between the filter cloth and elements 6 and 7, taking into account the filling with compound 5, at least one channel 11 is provided inside section 1 between the elements
5 6 and 7, connected to the spaces through holes 10, and holes at the outer periphery of the section, where the connection with the unfilled part of the holder 2 is provided via radial
0 holes 12.
Channel 11 passes approximately diagonally through the entire section 1 and has an outlet in its final part of the dd release of the filtered liquid. In such a design, it is possible to provide a certain inclination of the channel 11 downwards, when the nozzle 3 is elevated above the liquid level. An outer peripheral channel 13 and, if necessary, may also be provided.
0 an internal peripheral channel 14 connected to the channel 11 and to the space between the filter cloth 9 and the elements 6 and 7.
In the embodiment depicted in figure 2,
5, two radial channels 15 and 16 are provided, connected to the inner peripheral channel 14, with channel 16 running along the rear in the direction of rotation of the edge of the filter section.
0 In another possible embodiment of the invention, not illustrated in the drawings, a diagonal channel arrangement is possible, similar to channel 11 in FIG. 1, and a radial channel arrangement similar to channel 16 shown in FIG. 2, both of which have output at the outer periphery of the section at the axially located channel 3. In this embodiment, neither the external nor the internal peripheral channels are provided.
A preferred embodiment of channel 11 is shown in FIG. This channel includes two L-shaped sections 17, the sides 18 of which cover the corresponding other sides 19. In these places, welds 20 can be made in the outer corners, between the sides 18 and 19. The sides 18 are provided with holes 21 opposite the holes 10 in elements 6 and 7.
The holes 21 are preferably made adjacent to the sides 19, which are at the highest point when section 1 rises above the surface of the filtered liquid. In this design, the channel 11 under the holes 21 has the greatest possible throughput for the withdrawal of the filtrate.
