The goal is achieved by the fact that the valve, comprising a housing having openings for connecting additional valves with a pressure channel and communication channels communicating with the actuator, a spool mounted in the bore of the IC housing; an adjacent parallel valve with two control channels in one of the spool positions is equipped with two non-return valves, each of which is designed as a distributor placed in the housing, fixedly mounted plunger with seals having axially interconnected th and radial channels, and the ball, forming with the body of the perforated, and with the plunger-valve over the valve, and the opening of the entire omnipotence, blocking the axial channel of the plunger. In this case, the spool has the form of a hollow cylinder, in which the internal cavity is divided into two chambers with inlet and outlet channels with unloading slots, and in each chamber there is a loaded plunger forming a spring cavity and an end cavity in communication with the pressure channel in one of the extreme positions of the spool. The subvalvular cavities of the check valves through the discharge grooves communicate respectively with the pressure channel in one of the positions of the spool, and the chambers can be made in the form of holes in the spool or in a location of liners additionally installed in the cylinder.
