Scissors for cutting scrap contain a bed 1 in the form of a portal, in which there are zlbment 2, carrying the upper knife 3, a parallel to it punch 4, intended for pressing and mounted in front of the upper knife. Hydraulic drives in the form of double-acting piston cylinders 5 and 6 interact with the upper knife-bearing member 2 and the punch 4, the upper knife and the punch operating in cooperation with the fixed blade 7. A table 8 is placed below the end surface of the punch 4, on which is pressed vertically or at least pressed material.
In front of the scissors bed 1, and thus in front of the said knives, there is a feed tray 9 for pre-compaction of the material being processed. In the delivery tray 9 there is a double-acting movable in the longitudinal direction 11 connected to a double-action hydraulic drive 10. This push-rod serves for the permanent movement of the material being processed into the shear of the shears. Oi, the top-covered tray 9 contains a fixed bottom 12, also a fixed longitudinal side wall 13 and a longitudinal movable wall in the form of a movable side pressing punch 14.
