The invention relates to devices for shifting and locking multi-stage gearboxes, in particular motor vehicles, including a gear shift control lever, selectors will be transmitted by shifters, gear slip clutches and gearboxes.
The known devices for switching and blocking contain as a switching body several independent switching rods, which are movably mounted in the gearbox housing and control individual switching sleeves by means of shift forks, which are firmly connected with the switching rods. The position and mutual blocking of the independent shifting sliders is ensured by the use of locking elements created by locking pins for which special guides are created in the gearbox housing. The selection of a shift slider for switching on a particular gearbox stage is performed by the following selection bar connected to the gear lever. Devices of this type consist of a large number of parts, they present large demands on the room and production and have a large mass. Separate controls during installation must also be mutually adjusted.
The drawbacks of the device are limited functionality due to the possibility of controlling only two shift forks and lack of reliability due to the presence of several adjoining sliding parts: a guide tube, a hollow shaft and movable shafts of the forks located in it.
The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality and increase reliability.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the switching shaft is installed in the guide tube with the possibility of axial movement and rotation around the axis, and is connected with the control lever, and the guide tube is rigidly fixed in the housing and the heads of the forks are movably mounted on it. trough grooves for engaging the shaft pins through the guide tube windows.
