This invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular, to a method for manufacturing metal plastic rotors.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the metal-plastic rotor.

The method and equipment of the metal-plastic rotor is implemented in a mold consisting of a fixed plate 1 and a backing plate 2, between which are placed the dies 3, the movable plate 4 and the signs 5, made in the form of a plate. The shaft 6 is fixed with inserts 7 and 8, which are inserted into the central holes of the plates 1 and 2. The inserts 7 and 8 and the plates 1 and 2 are fixed in a predetermined position with the help of the movable fastening plate 9 and the fixed plate 10 with adjustable bolts 1 1 and 1-2. The method is carried out as follows.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A METAL-PLASTIC ROTOR OF A ROTATIONAL BLADE MACHINE by installing a metal shaft into the forming cavity of the mold, inserting side marks and pouring plastic, in order to increase the strength of the rotor, a cavity and longitudinal slots are made in the shaft in the middle part, the side marks are inserted into the slots, with one end of the shaft muffled, and the plastic poured through the other end of the shaft.
