专利摘要:
Track-mobile machine (1) for distributing and profiling the bedding ballast of a railway track formed from sleepers and rails, with a machine frame supported on rail-mounted bogies and having a driving gear (10) and a driving cabin. On the machine frame (6), there is provided a levelling arrangement or ballast plough arrangement (21) which is height-adjustable via a drive and which extends from one longitudinal side of the machine to the other or from one sleeper end region to the one lying opposite. There is assigned to the central section, situated between the rails, of the levelling arrangement or ballast plough arrangement (21), or its central plough elements or working elements (22), an additional ballast conveyor (23) provided in the track-centre region. This is formed by at least one sweeping brush (27, 28) with radially projecting flexible sweeping elements (29), which is height-adjustable via a drive (24), designed to be rotatable about an axis (25) running in the longitudinal direction of the machine and connected to a rotary drive (26). …<IMAGE>…

The invention relates to devices for the distribution of railway ballast used in its construction and repair.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the machine by improving the distribution and layout of the ballast.
FIG. 1 shows a machine for the distribution and profiling of rubble ballast of a railway track, general view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view (with a partial cut); in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 shows a device for redistributing and planning ballast, rear view in the direction of operation of the machine; on
FIG. 5 - the same, top view; in fig. 6-9 - ballast redistribution schemes,
The machine for distribution and profiling of the gravel ballast of the railway track contains a frame 2 supported on the undercarriage 1, on which the driver's cab 3 is mounted, the power plant 4, the drive of the machine 5, the operator's cab 6 with the control panel 7. across the machine, and the belt conveyor 11, also located across the machine. On both sides of the machine installed plows 12, turned by the actuators 13 around the axis 14, located horizontally along the machine. On frame 2 there is mounted a device for redistribution and planning of ballast, consisting of tunnel-shaped plates 15 for protecting rails and dumps 16 and 17, installed on both sides of each plate 15, rotatable around vertical axes 18 and 19. Dumps 16, adjoining one to the other, can form in terms of a V-shaped plow. The plates 15 are located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the machine. In the upper parts of the plates 15, the plates 20 are fixed vertically, located across the machine. On the upper parts of the plates 20 horizontally mounted plates 21, having openings for fixing the dumps 6 and 17 with bolts passing through these openings. At the ends of the dumps 17 can be installed with the possibility of rotating (tilting) the wing to form the sides of the ballast section. A device for redistribution and lay-out of ballast on frame 2 is installed by means of vertical guides 22 that can be moved along these guides by actuator 23. Guides 22 are located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the machine above the end sections of the sleepers, the indicated device covers the ballast prism all over its width. The plates 15 are supported on the support guide rollers 24 moving along the rails. On frame 2 in front of the dumps 16 in the direction of the machine’s operation (along arrow B) an additional device for ballast redistribution is mounted, which consists of two brushes 25 and 26 with horizontal rotation axes 27 and 28 located parallel to the longitudinal axis of the machine on both sides of this axis . Brushes
25 and 26 are arranged along the machine one after the other and are made with radially arranged flexible elements 29. The diameter of the brushes 25 and 26 is approximately equal to the height of the dumps 16. The brushes 25 and 26 are mounted with the possibility of moving B to the vertical plane with individual drives 30 and have individual reversing rotational drives 31. The brushes 25 and 26 are installed with additional frames 32, which are mounted on horizontal guides 33 located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the machine. Frames 32, and therefore the corresponding brushes 25 or
26 move along tracks 33
drives 34. Guides 33 are fixed to frame 2 with brackets 35. Brushes 25 and 26 are covered with covers 36 attached to swivel brackets
37, which are mounted on guides 33 (Fig. 3). The covers 36 are attached to a respective vertical drive drive 30 of the brushes 25 and 26.
The dumps 16 have drives 38, made in the form of hydraulic cylinders turning the dumps 16 into the required working position (Fig. 4, 5 and 9). According to FIG. 9 the blades 16 by the drives 38 can be mounted so that they form in plan a V-shaped plow as in
5 in the working direction along arrow B, and towards this direction, the Brush 25 is installed on one side of the dumps 16, and the brush 26 on the other. When performing the device for redistributing ballast according to FIG. 9 the machine can operate in both directions.
The machine works as follows. After the car arrives at the work site for the redistribution and
5, the ballast leveling of the brush 25 and 26 (drives 30), as well as the device for redistributing vt the leveling of the ballast with plates and dumps 16 and 17 (drive 23) are lowered onto the track. At the same time rollers 24
0 based on rails. The blades 16 are driven by actuators 38 to the required operating position. The plows 12 are driven down by the drives 13. When parallel installation of the dumps 16 (Fig. 5), they with plates 20 form a vertical transverse shield. Dumps 17 are installed at an angle to the axis of the path and are directed in opposite directions. A plow 12 adjoins the left heap. Thus, with continuous movement
0, the ballast is redistributed from the left side to the right side, while only brush 26 is working, which transfers ballast from the middle of the track to the right side of the track, preventing it
5 cluster in front of the specified shield.
Brush 10 removes excess ballast from the path, directs them to the conveyor 11, which feeds this ballast away from the path. With a large accumulation of ballast inside
0, the brush 25 can also be activated. With the continuous movement of the machine, the brushes 25 and 26 can be displaced along the machine by drives 34 along the guides 33, orienting to the accumulation points of a score of one hundred along the middle of the track,
According to FIG. 6 dumps 16 form a V-shaped plow in the direction of the machine’s operation. Such position of dumps 16 is advisable with a large accumulation of ballast. The brushes 25 and 26 rotate in one.
direction. Thus, with the continuous movement of the machine, the excess ballast is redistributed from the left side of the track and from its center to the right side of the track, as well as filling the intersection zones of rails and sleepers (in the zones of the plates 20). In the direction of the dash-dotted arrows, the ballast can be mirrored by swapping the dumps 17, the left and right plows 12 and reversing the drives 31 of the brushes 25 and 26.
For a stretch of track with a relatively small amount of rubble ballast (Fig. 7), the brushes 25 and 26 rotate in opposite directions, with the excess ballast going from the middle of the track to the intersection of the rails and sleepers and to the slopes of the track, and dumps 17 and plows 12 ballast is planned. The position of the dumps 16 parallel to the axis of the path limits the ballast runoff from the plates 20 to the middle of the track.
According to FIG. 8, excess ballast over the entire cross section of the track is supplied by plows 12 beyond the limits of the ballast prism, brushes 25 and 26 and dumps 16 from the middle of the track to the sides of the track, and dumps 17 beyond the slopes of the ballast prism.
As already indicated, according to FIG. 9, the machine operates in both directions, redistributing the ballast from one side of the path to the other.
With a small amount of ballast, if the plows 12 and the blades 16 and 17 cope with its redistribution, the brushes 25 and 26 may not be activated at any of those indicated in FIG. 5-9 ballast redistribution schemes.
