Close to the ramp is a web support body (20) yielding transversely to the plane of the ramp when the web is stretched over the body during profiling by the forces of the punch mechanism (7) located beneath (9) the holding device which is formed as an attachment plate (8) movable in relation to the bed (1) and has a punch tool (10) extending from the plate (8) and a holding punch (12) axially movable along the punch tool and mounted on guide means (13) attached to the plate (8) and held forwardly biased in an outwardly protruding position by spring devices (16) acting between the plate and the holding punch.

The invention relates to sheet punching, in particular to devices for corrugating thin tape materials.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of molded tape material products by eliminating material slippage during the formation of corrugations.
The drawing shows a General view of the device.
The device comprises a base 1 having a groove 2 in which the matrix 3 is placed. The matrix 3 has a molding section 4 and a pressing section 5.
The molding section 4 can be made in the form of a recess 6 with inclined walls. Before the molding section

The base 1 also has a protrusion, the plane of which 8 is made adjacent to the plane 7 of the matrix projection and with the same angle of inclination. In front of the protrusion of the base, an elastic element 9 is placed, which can be made in the form of a roller and rubber or plastic and is installed in the recess 10.
