The method of removing zinc from the melt is carried out in a plant for the production of cast iron, combining a direct reduction shaft furnace 1 and a melting gas generator 2. Suction gas extracted from the melting gas generator 2 is dedusted in two stages, and in the first stage in a cyclone 16 operating at a temperature of 1000 ° C, coal dust with a low zinc content is deposited, which returns to the melter gas generator 2, and in the second stage in a cyclone 21 after cooling the gas coming from the first cyclone 16 at a temperature of 800 ° C zinc rich solids are precipitated. Claim
1. Method for the production of pig iron, including preliminary reduction of iron-containing oxide materials in a direct shaft furnace, subsequent melting of the resulting sponge iron in the melting gas generator with the simultaneous formation of reducing gas by supplying coal and oxygen-containing gas, cooling, dedusting the obtained gas, returning settled dust to the melting gas generator, at the same time, part of the cooled and dedusted reducing gas is supplied to the reduction zone of the shaft furnace, and excess The recovery gas is processed in a scrubber, further cooled and passed to consumers, characterized in that, in order to increase productivity and increase the degree of use of zinc contained in dust, dust removal is carried out in two stages, while in the first stage dust containing small particles of coal is captured the zinc content at a temperature of the reducing gas of 1000 ° C, and in the second stage, the dust enriched with zinc at a temperature of the reducing gas of 800 ° C, and the dust captured in the first stage is returned to pl luxury villa gasifier, and the dust trapped in the second step, is removed for further processing.
