专利摘要:
A fixation bandage made from elastic material and adapted to hold a dressing such as a compress or the like firmly in a position on a hand of a person, is mainly formed as a hose in one piece preferably by knitting or crocheting. The hose comprises a holding portion (7ʺ) adapted to receive a hand of a person, a fastening portion (5ʺ) and at least one gap (3). The fastening portion (5ʺ) forms a cuff, a collar or the like, which is intended to embrace a hand joint of a person. The fixation bandage is so shaped and has an elasticity such that both the holding portion (7ʺ) and the fastening portion (5ʺ) can be slipped over the hand in such a manner as to have its fastening portion placed around the joint. By means of the flexible and elastic fixation bandage thus provided the firm holding of the dressing in position is ensured, even in the case of extreme movements of the hand. Moreover, the fixation bandage is easy to apply whether this is done by the injured person or by a person assisting him in the application of the fixation bandage.

ABOUT)
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to fixing bands designed to hold wound bands on a certain part of the body.
The aim of the invention is to improve the retention capacity of the retaining band and facilitate its use.
The band is made in the form of an elastic mesh in a closed tube, stitched from two canvases, has a holding part with a high degree of elasticity, at least one fixing part and one gap. The anchoring part of the band forms a cuff, collar, capable of covering the joint adjacent to the wound area of the body.
FIG. 1-7 show embodiments of the locking band.
The retaining band for the finger (Fig. 1) is made of an elastic material in the form of an elongated tube, closed at one end 1 and open at the other end 2. The tube is provided with at least one gap 3 that extends from point 4 adjacent to open end 2 tube. A cuff 5 is formed which is located around the wrist. The gap 3 extends along the tube to a point 6 located in such a place from the closed end 1 that a finger cap 7 is formed. At the closed end 1, the cap 7 ends with a pad 8, which protects the injured finger from impacts. The fixing strap is made in such a way that it has a smaller diameter at the closed end 1 and a cap, 7 and a larger one at the open end 2 and the cuff 5.

about
The cuff 5 and the cap 7 are interconnected by means of a connecting strap 9, which is a part of the tube. It runs along the back of the arm and holds the cap in the proper place relative to the wrist, even during extreme movements.
In the embodiment, the retaining band for the hand (Fig. 2) has two gaps Za and 36. This latching band differs from that described in that in addition to the first gap Za, located next to the open end 1, there is an additional gap 36. Distance between the first gap and the open end of the 1 stocking corresponds to the distance between the open end 1 and the gap 3, so that the cuff 5 is formed, which is identical to that described. An additional gap is located between the first gap of the Zero and the open end 1 so that a cap is formed having the described size. Thus, the two gaps are separated from one another by an intermediate section 10 of the tube. In this embodiment, a thread 11 is shown, which serves as a code indicating the size of the locking tabs. It is possible to produce fixing straps of three to four sizes in order to achieve an optimal fit for hands of different sizes.
The fixing band (fig. 2) is made of various types in the underside along its entire length. Seen consistently, starting from the closed end, the fixing belt consists of the area of the closed part of cap 7, the area of dense viscous small diameter forming the cushion 8, the zone Jb of dense viscous at the end of the cap 7, the diameter of the zone of rare viscous, along half of the additional gap 36, the zone e of the less rare viscous of reduced diameter along the second half of the additional gap, the zone of dense viscous of smaller diameter forming a narrow joint
semku 9a, zones, U, k, which are approximately tapering toward the open end 2 and the cuff 5 and the zones at the edges of the zones of the open end of the band.
The fixing band to hold the dressing material on the patient's head (Fig. 3) is made of two parts of an elastic material, connecting

end 1 and open from the other end 2. The locking band has a gap 3 extending in the transverse direction of the stocking and forming a free opening for the patient’s face.
The holding portion 7 is made of a rare viscous and tapers towards the closed end in the shape of a head. In the transverse direction, reinforcing threads, more elastic than the other threads of the holding part, are inserted at equal intervals to the holding part 7.
The part of the fixing band adjacent to the open end 2 of the stocking has a more dense viscous, and elastic reinforcing threads 15 are introduced into it more often than reinforcing threads 14 of the retaining portion. This end portion at the open end of the stocking serves as the collar 5 and is located around the neck of the patient.
The gap 3 is edged with elastic thread 16, designed to tightly hold the edge of the gap around the patient's face. On each side of the gap there are strong elastic elements 17 and 18, and the edges of the stocking are stretchable, but rather dense.
A headband can be easily worn over the head without the use of any additional means (Fig. 4 and 5). The holding part 7, which is located on the upper part of the head, is firmly held by means of the fixing part 5 - the collar.
The elastic thread 16 around the gap, the elastic members 17 and 18 and the edges 12 and 13 together hold the retaining portion and the face clearance in the proper place. This embodiment of the fixation bandage for the head is particularly useful for fixing compresses and the like applied to the upper part of the head and / or to the ears. The location of the gap and the elasticity of the holding part can be varied, for example, to keep the dressing on the eyes or forehead.
The fixing band for the hand (Fig. 6) is made of two parts connected from an elastic material and interconnected along the edges 12 and 13. The formed element in the form of a stocking has a cross connection 19 in the middle of one end l.ft.
At the other end 2, a dense viscous portion is provided corresponding to the collar (Fig. 3). This tightly coupled area acts as a cuff 5. In the holding part, which has a looser viscosity as compared to the cuff, there is a gap 3, which when used with a fixing band, serves as a hole for the thumb. The gap 3 is edged with a durable elastic element, volume 20, and at regular intervals in the cross section of the holding part 7 elastic reinforcing threads 14 are provided.
FIG. 7 shows the securing band in accordance with FIG. 6 superimposed on the arm. The back of the cuff is held in a certain place, while the transverse link 19 is positioned between two fingers, and in
t
a gap 3 is placed in the patient's thumb.
The locking band for the finger may also have a different design, for example, the cap of the locking band may be equipped with a bandaging material so that the locking bandage and the bandaging material are superimposed in a single operation in a similar manner. Fixing bandages for other parts of the body can also be provided with a dressing material.
The locking bands for the toes can be constructed similarly to the locking bands for the fingers, but with a hem clearance provided in the fixing part. In this case, the fixing band is placed around the ankle and under the arch of the foot. Foot Fixing
It is designed as a band for the hand, but with a gap for the heel, not in the holding part, but in the fixing part.
The proposed dressing has a good holding capacity nazezhno fixing a compress or wound dressing in a certain area. body, comfortable and easy to use, ready to use, does not require fitting and modeling when it is applied.
