专利摘要:
The invention concerns a method of producing fertilizer granules containing urea and ammonium sulphate by granulating a mixture containing urea, ammonium sulphate and water, which is characterized in that the ammonium sulphate is completely dissolved in an aqueous urea solution with a urea concentration of 70-85% by weight, the resulting solution is thickened to a dry content of 92-97% by weight, with a crystallization retarder for the urea being added in any stage of the treatment, following which the thickened solution is granulated in a fluidized bed of urea and ammonium sulphate containing nuclei, as well as urea, ammonium sulphate and crystallization retarder containing granules.

专利说明:

This invention relates to agrochemistry and relates to a process for the preparation of a nitrogen-containing granular fertilizer.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process and improve the quality of the fertilizer.
To carry out the process, ammonium sulfate is dissolved in a urea solution formed during the synthesis of urea and having a concentration of 75-85, preferably 78-82, for example, about 80% by weight, preferably in such quantity that the mass ratio between urea and ammonium sulfate in the resulting the solution was in the range of 2.4:: 1-7: 1, preferably 3: 1-5: 1, after which the resulting solution was evaporated in the usual way to a dry matter content of 92-97, preferably 94-96, for example, 95% by weight. Next, the concentrated solution is sent to a fluidized bed granulator, in which it granulates.
Before granulation, a urea crystallization inhibitor is added to the solution. The inhibitor is added at any pretreatment stage, i.e. before, during or after the addition of ammonium sulfate; or before, during or after concentration of the solution to the desired concentration.
According to the proposed method, the concentrated liquid to be granulated has all the properties of a liquid, not a suspension. Even if ammonium sulphate crystallizes in

to some extent, due to a short stay in the installation, the crystals formed (if any) cannot grow to such dimensions as to affect the behavior of the liquid. Due to this, there are no problems when granulating, granules of much better quality are formed compared to the known level
The granules produced by the proposed method are a homogeneous dispersion of fine ammonium sulfate in urea. They have excellent mechanical characteristics, have a wide shape with a smooth surface, do not clot, so there are no problems with storing and transporting them in bulk.
The invention also relates to urea and ammonium sulfate containing granules, characterized in that they contain 15-30% by weight of ammonium sulfate, 0.1-2.0% by weight of a crystallization inhibitor (the rest is urea) and, in addition, contain up to 0.5% by weight of water, and the ammonium sulfate in them is in a finely dispersed state and forms a homogeneous dispersion.
Aqueous mixtures of urea and ammonium sulfate are granulated during the process in a continuous manner.
Example 1 (comparative).
Aluminum sulfate is added to an aqueous solution of urea containing 95% by weight of urea at 140 ° C as an inhibitor of the crystallization of urea and ammonium sulfate. At the same time, ammonium sulfate is partially dissolved. The insoluble portion of it is ground in solution in a colloid mill. The resulting suspension is fed to a fluidized bed granulator of embryos containing urea and ammonium sulfate, in which it is sprayed in the form of droplets with an average diameter of less than 120 microns. The conditions in the fluidized bed are controlled so that its temperature is maintained within 112-114 00 The resulting granulate is continuously withdrawn from the granulator and cooled in a refrigerator in the fluidized bed. After that, the granules are separated using sieves into fractions with granules of necessary

size (diameter 2-5 mm), which is selected as the target product, and larger and smaller granules. The fraction of larger granules is crushed and, together with the fraction of smaller granules, is returned to the fluidized bed as embryos.
Example 2 (granulation of the proposed method). Aluminum sulfate as an inhibitor of crystallization of urea and ammonium sulfate is added to an aqueous solution of urea containing 80% by weight of urea at 120 ° C. In this case, ammonium sulphate is completely dissolved. The resulting solution is concentrated to a dry matter content of 95 and sprayed in a pseudo-reduced bed granulator. Granulation and the subsequent processing of the granulate are carried out in the same manner as in Example 1.
The results for examples 1 and 2 are presented in the scoreboard 1 about
T
Examples 3-5. The process is carried out analogously to example 2, but the process parameters were as indicated in table. 2
The initial solution is concentrated to 95 wt.%, I.e. to a water content of 5% by weight at the granulation stage.
Examples 4 and 5 are also carried out, however, burnt dolomite and a water-soluble magnesium salt are introduced in amounts, respectively. 1 The results of these experiments are comparable to those obtained in other examples.
The positive effect achieved by the proposed method is to improve the granulation, namely to reduce the formation of dust and increase the yield of commodity fractions of fertilizer.
