The invention relates to a device for forming and disassembling stacks of pallets, in particular flat pallets, and can be used in operating processes in which stacks of pallets are disbanded and empty individual pallets are provided for loading. It is possible to form stacks of pallets using the proposed one (application of Germany GF 3217914, class B 65 G 57/02, 1982).
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity.
In FIG. 1 shows a device, side view; in FIG. 2 - the same, top view.
The base 1 is mounted on a ball support circle 2 with internal gearing, with which the pinion gear 4 is driven by the engine 3. Outside of the center is located on the base 1 the column 5, going through the frame 6 and its guide, vertically. In addition, the base 1 has a drive in the form of two working cylinders 7 attached to the frame 6 and causing its lifting movement. In the frame, two shafts 8 and 9 are vertically mounted in bearings, and at the end, shafts 8 and 9 are connected through a gear transmission having gears 10, so that synchronous rotary movement is ensured. At the end of the shaft 8, which is opposite to the gear transmission, and which extends downward under the frame 6., a lever 11 is fixed pivotally connected to the rod of the power cylinder 12. For its part, the housing of the latter is pivotally connected by means of a beam 13 to the frame 6. Gripper legs are attached to the shafts 8 and 9 14, made L-shaped and installed symmetrically to one another, are attached so that in the working position they form a certain shape.
The gripping legs 14 (Fig. 2), having gears, are equipped in each case with two clamping bolts 15, which come into contact with a separate pallet 16 of the stack of pallets 17 and thus permit its reliable grip. Thanks to the eccentric support of the clamping bolts 15, the latter are adjustable. Between the clamping bolts 15, one bar 18 is provided on gripping legs, which, when gripping a separate pallet 16, align the position of this pallet. On the side opposite the stack of pallets 17, the frame 6 is provided with stops 19 to which the stack of pallets 17 abuts.
One or more transport tracks 20 are introduced into the rotation range of the gripping legs 14 having gears, which take an appropriate separate pallet and direct it to the loading place (not shown).
The device operates as follows.
The deformable stack of pallets 17 is installed on the transport track
20. However, it is possible to provide a special installation location, brought in by the gripping paws 14, from which the stack of pallets 17 is moved by the gripping legs 14 onto the transport path 20. The embodiment of the device allows stacking of other individual pallets 16 on the already partially disassembled stack of pallets 17 supported by the gripping legs 14, with gears ^ Gripping legs 14 are turned outward by means of a piston-cylinder 12 drive, a lever 11 and a rotary movement transmitted to the shaft 8 and through the gear transmission -10 to the shaft 9, and frees a stack of pallets 17.
Using the drive control, the frame 6 with the gripping legs 14 is raised by means of the working cylinders 7 to the height of the pallet, after which the gripping legs 14 grab the penultimate pallet. With further lifting movement, the general stack of pallets 17 rises and a separate pallet 16 located on the transport track 20 is released, after which this pallet can be sent by the transport path 20 to the loading point. If it is necessary to service the transport track 20 for another loading point, then through the engine 3 and the gear that comes into contact with the internal engagement of the ball support circle 2, the base 1 is rotated and the gripping legs 14 are rotated to another transport track 20. where another separate pallet 16 is laid. The formation of a stack of pallets 17 is carried out in the reverse order.

1.
