The invention relates to a device for packing a stack of objects in a film shell in the form of a cap and can be used in various industries. The device comprises a bed 1, inside which a stack of 3 packaged items is installed on the tracks of the conveyor 2. In the frame 1, a roll holder 4 is placed on which a sleeve 5 of synthetic heat-shrink material is wound with folds on the sides. The tapered sleeve 5, through the deflecting rollers 6 and the drive rollers 7, is fed to a device for opening the sleeve, including guide elements 8 mounted with the possibility of vertical movement in the bend area at the edges of the sleeve 5, below which the cutting device 9 and the welding device 10 · are mounted. Below the guide elements 8, on both sides of the frame 1 are two double-strand conveyor belts 11 located at an angle to one another, while the upper receiving sections of the conveyors 11 are below the guide elements 8 in their lowered position. Two-thread belt conveyors 11 are mounted to rotate on the axes 12 of the reversing gears of the lower belt conveyors 11 so that the distance between their ends at the exit of the conveyors 11 can be changed in order to adapt to different sizes of the cross section of the stack 3 of packed items. Each two-thread belt conveyor 11 is subordinated to a swing arm 13, which is mounted parallel to the corresponding two-belt belt conveyor 11 and can be rotated near the lower fixed point 14 using the actuator 15. In the frame 1 near each of its four corners there are endless chains 16, on which the frame is mounted with the possibility of movement in the vertical plane 17, having in each of its corner sections one vertical guide 18, along each of which, using the appropriate mechanism between the two stops 19, one gripping element 20 is moved 20. The mechanism for moving the gripping elements 20 along the frame 17 can be made in the form of a power cylinder 21. Above the vertical guides 18 on the frame 17, there is installed a rectangular shrink torch 22 from all sides of the stack 3, which can direct hot gases to the stack 3 of packed items in a known manner. Below the double-thread belt conveyors 11 between the gripping elements 20 and the frame 17 in their upper position can be installed a heat shield 23, consisting, as a rule, of two plates 24, which can be moved in the horizontal plane from the idle position along the rotors of the frame 1 (Fig. 1 ) and in the closed position (Fig. 2). Between the tracks of the chain conveyor 2, a device 25 is installed, with which a stack of 3 items to be packed can be moved from the position on the tracks of the conveyor 2 (Fig. 1) to the raised position (Fig. 2). those. raise and lower. The device operates as follows. The sleeve 5 is opened by means of the guiding elements 8 and the two-thread belt conveyors 11 and after the exit of some part of the lower end of the sleeve 5 from the two-thread belt conveyors 11, the gripping elements 20 are introduced into the sleeve 5 at a certain distance and move them outward, so that the sleeve 5 becomes tightly tensioned between the gripping elements 20 located at the four corners of the stack 3 of packaged items (Fig. 1). After that, double-strand conveyor belts 11 and chains 16 are driven, the frame 17 is lowered into the sleeve 5 on the stack of 3 packaged items, pulling it down a little. Then the guiding elements 8 are moved up and the welding 10 and the cutting device 9 are activated. After that, the two-thread belt conveyors 11 are again actuated and simultaneously move the swinging arms outward, so that the edges of the sleeve 5 with bends are pulled from the receiving ends of the two-thread belt conveyors 11. At the same time, the frame 17 with the gripping elements 20 and shrink go5 b rare 22 they move further downward until the educated ones are completely superimposed on the stack of 3 packed items, the first cap from the sleeve 5. During the translation of the frame 17 down or even earlier, the stack 3 with the objects to be packed is lifted using a lifting device 25, and the gripping elements 20 are moved down along the vertical guides 18 (Fig. 2) so that the gripping elements 20 come out of the sleeve 5, while the lower the edge 26 of the film cap hangs slightly under the lower end of the stack of 3 packaged items. After the final film coating is applied to the stack 3, both sliding plates 24 of the heat shield 23 are brought together (Fig. 2) so that the rising heat at the next turn on of the shrink burner 22 cannot prematurely soften the upper part of the sleeve 5 before applying it to the stack 3. After that include a shrink torch 22, which in the position according to FIG. 2 is directed so that the lower edge 26 of the cap is blown with hot air against the lower side of the stack 3 and at the same time shrinkage is carried out on the latter (shown in dashed lines in FIG. 2). Then, the lifting device 25 is lowered to lower the stack 3 so that the lower edge 26 of the cap bends between the stack 3 and the tracks of the conveyor 2. Simultaneously with the lowering or shortly after the lowering of the stack 3 of items to be packed, the frame 17 is again raised so that the shrink burner 22 carries out shrinkage of the side surfaces of the cap on the stack 3. At the end of the upward movement of the frame 17, the actuator 21 is actuated to move up the gripping elements 20 so that the frame 17 again restores its original position for th operation cycle (FIG. 1). Depending on the type of items packed into the stack 3, it is advisable, after shrinking from the bottom and fixing the lower edge 26 of the cap, to first move the frame 17 up again without working shrink burners 22, and then lower it again when the shrink burner 22 is turned on so that the shrinkage runs from top to bottom, thereby it is possible to sufficiently escape the air inside the stack 3. Numerous changes to the proposed device are also possible without changing the basic idea of the invention. So, for example, gripping elements located above a vertically movable frame for opening and keeping the sleeves open while the film sleeve is applied to the stack can be made by a friend. Instead of a shrink burner, other shrink devices, such as infrared and other devices of the same kind, can also be mounted on a vertically moving frame. According to the proposed embodiment of the device, in the extreme upper position 10 of the frame, shrink devices and gripping elements occupy a relatively small space between the stack and the devices located above it, and in the lower position of the frame, gripping elements 15 for pulling down the lower edge of the film shell in the form of a cap can be moved further down from the area of action of the shrink devices so that the gripping elements after applying the film sheath can be separated from the latter, in addition, when brought into use, they do not interfere with adherent devices for good shrinkage after the previous lifting of the stack, while for lifting the stack 25 there is the same space, which in the lowered position of the stack is necessary for reliable capture of the lower edge of the film shell in the form of a cap using gripping elements 30 located on a vertically movable frame. All this allows to reduce the dimensions of the device.
