The invention relates to the equipment of printing companies, in particular, to a device for tightening flexible printing plates on a form cylinder of a rotary printing machine. The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance of the device. The device comprises at least one fastening bar installed in the recess of the plate cylinder, the head of which is configured to receive the leading edge of the printing form, spring-loaded projections, one at a time mounted on each side of the fastening plate, means for moving the fastening plate and means for releasably securing the fastening plate at the bottom of the notch. The invention relates to the equipment of printing companies, in particular, to a device for tightening flexible printing plates on a form cylinder of a rotary printing machine.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance of the device.
FIG. 1 shows a device with a tension printing plate, a cross section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1 (mounting plate); in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. 2 (cross section through the device bracket with tensioning printing plate).
The plate cylinder 1 is installed (in a known manner) in the side frames of the rotary printing machine and has a recess 2 parallel to the axis for receiving the carrier 3. The latter is fixed in the recess 2 and also has an upwardly parallel axis 4, in which one is made in or against the direction of rotation of the forme cylinder 1, the mounting plate 5 and two spring-loaded protrusions 6 and 7 for supporting the next end 8 of the printing form. In channel 4 it is also possible to place two tightening devices consisting of a strip 5 and projections 6 and 7, while they are installed axially adjacent to each other.
In the lower part 9 of the fixing bar 5, a downwardly directed groove 10 is provided, the length of which corresponds to the length of the bar. The groove 10 serves to receive a rotatable camshaft 11 mounted in brackets 12 and 13, the camshaft having a cam 14 extending in the axial
direction throughout its length. It is also possible to use an eccentric installation of a shaft provided for moving the strip, wherein the eccentricity determines the size of the path of movement. If several tightening devices 5-7 are mounted side by side with each other, then, on two adjacent ends 15, shaft 11 is mounted in a bracket 13 screwed to the bottom of channel 4. Bracket 12 is mounted on one end of the forme cylinder 1 in a narrow gap 16 between the mounting bar 5 and the support ring 17 of the plate cylinder 1 and is also screwed with the latter.
The bracket 12 has a fixing device installed in a horizontal hole 18, made in the form of a circular disk 19, mounted with the possibility of difficult rotation in the hole 18 of the bracket 12. The disk 19 is rigidly mounted on the right end of the round shaft 11, which is made in the form of a hexagon head 20. held by means of a safety ring 21. The hexagon head 20 protrudes beyond the bracket 12 and enters the gap 16, so that it can be easily controlled from above by means of a tool. The locking screw 22 provides the corresponding position of the camshaft 11. The upper part 23 of the fastening bar 5 has two opposite edges 24 and 25. The protrusions 6 and 7 are mounted on a rotatable hollow shaft 26.
Hollow shafts 26 are mounted in the direction of the recess 2 hemispherical support 27 in the left 28 or right 29 side wall of the notch 2 at the height of the edges 24 and 25. To prevent the hollow shafts from falling out 26, support strips 30 are provided. Screwed to the side walls 28 and 29 The support rails 30 have a corresponding radius of the hollow shaft 26 a recess 31 and, together with hemispherical supports, cover 3/4 of the circumference of the hollow shaft 26. In the cavity of the hollow shafts 26 is installed a coaxially torsional spring 32 attached to the hollow shaft 26. alu 26 and plate cylinder 1.
The fastening plate 5 has two protrusions 35 and 36 at the ends 33 and 34, which are located under the projections 37 and 38 of the brackets 12 and 13 and form a horizontal guide in the circumferential direction, thereby preventing the fastening plate 5 from escaping the channel 4 in the vertical direction.

A device for attaching flexible printing forms on a form cylinder of a rotary printing machine, comprising at least one fixing plate with a head installed in a recess of a form cylinder, with a head for receiving a leading edge of a printing form, two spring-loaded protrusions for receiving a free edge of a form mounted on opposite to the sides of the fastening plate, the means for registering the printing form around the circumference
a plate cylinder that is interoperable with a fastening plate and means for releasably mounting the fastening plate on the bottom of the recess, characterized in that, in order to improve the performance of the device, the means for registering the printing form around the circumference of the plate cylinder contains a rotary camshaft axially mounted made in the groove
