The invention relates to a device for wrapping rectangular objects, mainly packs of folded flat printed items, in a wrap material in the form of a sheet,
In the known devices used for wrapping objects both below and above the path of movement of the object to be wrapped, a feed reel with a film to be welded is located. The ends of both films are welded together so that a film segment is formed that runs transversely to the path of the object. An object moving to this section of the film, on the course of further movement, captures a pin, which at the same time U-shapedly adjoins it from three sides. Both segments of the film, passing along the upper or lower side of the object, unwind from both feeding reels. They are joined together on the back side of the object and are joined together by butt welding, and at the same time both films are welded together again to form a new segment. Since both sections of the film, the object welded to each other from the rear side, are not strongly stretched to perform butt welding, the coating formed in this way covers the object relatively freely. For this reason, the packed object then passes through a thermal tunnel in which the film shrinks and then tightly covers the subject. However, the known non-extracting devices have performance, and in addition, they require significant construction costs and necessitate the use of welded thick films.
The aim of the invention is to increase productivity.
FIG. 1 shows a side-by-side device for a wpw device; 2 to 5 the same, in different working phases; Fig. 6 shows a wrapping device, side view, an embodiment; 7 - 12 - the same, P different working phases; FIG. 13 is a section A-A in FIG. 7; Fig. 14 is a section B-B in Fig. 10; on Fig - section bb In figure 11.
The device (1 to 5) has a frame 1 carrying various nodes. On the input side of the device in the frame 1, a fixed ycia is a belt conveyor 2, which is activated in the direction of the arrow A. Above the belt conveyor 2 is another belt conveyor 3, which by means of a lifting device
Station 4 rises and falls in the direction of arrow C. The direction of movement B of the belt conveyor 3 runs parallel to the direction of movement A of the belt conveyor 2 Behind the belt conveyor 2 (in the direction of arrow A) and there is a supporting table 5 with belt conveyor b, which the height is aligned with the belt conveyor 2 and set in motion in opposite directions D and D1 (Figures 4 and 5). The support table 5 rests on the mechanism 7, which allows rotation of the support table 5 around its vertical axis. Above the support sulum 5, the first 1st conveyor 8, which is driven in the direction of arrow E, can be raised and lowered by the direction of arrow F, those by means of the lifting device 9. perpendicularly flat plate of the support table 5. The belt conveyor 8 is mainly at the same height as the belt rasporter 3 located in front of it. On the output side of the device on the frame 1, there is a len. the direction of the arrow G and cheirne in relation to belt conveyors 2 and 6. These three belt conveyors 2, 6 and 10 are part of the attachment for transporting objects
Above this path of movement of the object to be wrapped is a roll-bearing jul 11, on which the web 12 of rotary material (film) is wrapped. The film is taken from the roll holder 11 through the guide roller 13 and the rotary roller I, and the film segment 15 behind this rotary roller 14 passes mainly in the non-local direction (Fig. 1), i.e. the lists of the movement path are wrapped around the subject. The free end 16 of this section 15 of the film is fixed with the possibility of release by means of a non-adopted adopted fixation device 17. This fixing device 17 has one or more displaced r in the direction of their longitudinal axis w 18, which pierce the section 15 of the film in its working position. The film 15 is tensioned between the turning roller K and the locking device iw 1 i7. Hj opposite to OLH of rotation of the sides of the support table 5 there are two locking devices 19 and 20, which by design correspond to the locking device 17 and also have two or more needles 1 or 22, which can move in the direction of their longitudinal axis (Fig. 1, needles 2 ) and 22
in the initial position when they are retracted). In each initial position of the support table 5 one of the two locking devices 19 or 20 is located opposite the locking device 17 with a gap.
Under and between the opposing locking devices 17 and 19 there is a cutting device 23 having a knife 24 rising and falling in the direction of the arrow N. In the gap between the belt conveyors 2, 6 and 3. 8 and behind the film segment 15 (in the direction of travel A) two rod-shaped drive elements 25, the ends of which are connected by drive elements 26. The latter pass through turning rollers 27 and 28, one of which is driven. The driver elements 25 move in a vertical direction between the extreme upper position (Figures 1, 2, 4 and 5) and the extreme lower position (Fig. 3), in which they are under both opposite locking devices 17 and 19 and adjacent to the cut-off device 23.
The item to be wrapped is a stack of 29 folded printed products P.
Wrapping packs 29 of printed products is as follows.
By raising and lowering the belt conveyor 3 on the entrance side in the direction of the arrow C, the belt conveyor 3 is set at a height of wrapped package 29. Then the stack 29 passes between conveyors 2 and 3. By gently lowering the belt conveyor 3, a pressure is created on the packet for 2 hours to seal the printed output P. By swapping in the direction of the arrow F, the belt conveyor 8 is set to the height of the belt conveyor 3. The belt conveyors 2 and 3, which are driven in the direction of relocs A and B, the pack 29 is fed toward the film segment 15, the tension-mentioned way of its transverse movement. After the front side 30 of the pack 29 comes into contact with the film section 15, the latter is captured. In the course of further movement of the pack 29, when it falls between the conveyor belts 6 and 8, the film segment 31 (Fig. 2) U-shapedly fits in the pack 29 32 to 34 sides. To ensure a similar fit at a suitable time, the locking device 17 releases the end of the film 16. While the film material is unwound from the roll holder 11, the unwinding of the film web 12 ensures that the film section 31 is in tension n This state could fit snugly to the pack 29.
As soon as a pack of 29, wrapped with three
the sides of the film segment 31, reaches the position shown in Fig. 2, the movement of the belt conveyors 6 and 8 is suspended, the drive elements 25 now move from their extreme upper
0 position (Fig.2) in their lowest position (Fig.Z). The driver elements 25 are in their extreme upper position above the film segment (Fig. 2), passing along the upper side 34 of the pack 29, so
5 that during the movement of the driving elements 25 downwardly, the film web 12 is captured. In this case, while unwinding the web 12 of the film from the roll holder 11, a loop 35 is formed (FIG. 3).
0 The ends of both film segments 36 and 37, forming a loop 35, are fixed by a fixing device 17 or a locking device 19. Then both film segments 36 and 37 are separated from each other by a knife 24.
5 A length of film 36, tensioned between a turntable 14 and a fixing device 17, corresponds to a length of film 15 (FIG. 1). The 37 film section extending from the back side 38 of the pack 29 to the end
0 segment 39 is longer in length, the height of the pack is 29. This end segment is fixed by the device 19.
After the separation of both segments of the film 36 and 37 of the carrier. Elements 25: -, ge
5 move to their extreme J upper position. In this vr the belt conveyor again rises a little (4ig.d.), t-k: that both the belt conveyors 2 and 3 are in a dream, l, send a new bundle 29.
Along with the passage of the film section 37 from the rear side 38 of the pack 29, the section 36 of the puff is again tensioned, intended to be wrapped in this way U-shapedly following
5 packs 29.
At the next stage after iurKuro lifting the flax of an accurate conveyor 8, the pivoting mechanism 7 shames the support table 5 by 180 ° around its axis.
0 (figure 4). In this position, the belt conveyor 8 is again lowered to the pack 29. Then both the belt conveyors 6 and 8 begin to move in the direction of the arrow D or E, so that the pack 29 moves
5 with the direction of these arrows forward towards the belt conveyor 10 on the exit side. During this movement, the film section 37 lies on the front side 38 of the pack 29, which was originally the back side, while the loose
With the fixing device 19, the free end section 39 of this section 37 of the film is thrown over the supporting surface 32 of the pack 29.
This overlapped end section 39 is in contact with the section 40 of the film (figure 5), which was laid during the U-shaped fit of the section 15 of the film to this support surface 32. Due to the fact that the film 12 of the wrapping material is self-adhesive, both the adjoining segments 39 and 40 form a detachable, but firm connection. Since both of these film sections load the weight of the pack, this avoids unintended weakening of the film segment 40, which tightly wraps the package 29 (Fig. 5). During the girth process, the pack 29 is compressed by belt conveyors 3 and 8. As soon as this compression is stopped, the printed product P is unfolded, with the result that the height of the pack 29 increases slightly. As a consequence, the length of the film 40 is adjacent to the pack 29 is even denser.
The bundle 29, wrapped with film cutter 40, is transferred by a belt conveyor 10 to a diverter conveyor, which guides the bundle 29 for further processing. In the course of this transmission, the printed matter P wrapped with the film section 40 does not disintegrate. In addition, this film section 40 protects the printed matter P. If necessary, the finished pack 29 can be further tied up.
In the embodiment of the device (FIGS. 6-15), the support table 5 is not rotatable, but can be raised and lowered in the direction of the arrow I by means of a lifting mechanism 41. In addition, in the device made according to the variant, there are devices for supporting objects with lowering the support table 5, including two L-shaped elements 42 and 43, located on both sides of the path of movement of the pack 29 (Fig. 13). Each of them can rotate around an axis 44 or 45, which is parallel to the direction of movement of the pack 29, and has at its end opposite the axes 44 and 45 an angled support part 46 or 47 located at an angle. The width of the belt conveyor 6 less than a pack of 29 (Fig. 13-15).
In addition, in the device (FIGS. 6-15), there are also two rod-shaped bending elements 48 and 49, running transversely of the path of movement of the pack 29, the ends of which are connected to the driving elements 50 and 51. The bending elements 48 and 49 can move in the direction of the arrow K along a closed path. In the initial position, the bending elements 48 and 49 are located (Fig.6 - 8 and 10 - 12) one against the other.
The first stage of the wrapping process, i.e. The U-shaped fit of the material web section 15 on three sides to the pack 29, in both forms of the device (Figures 1–3 and 6–8), is exactly the same. In contrast, the supply of the free end section 39 of the film 37 to the pack 29 is performed in an embodiment differently. The free end section 39 is supplied as follows.
The L-shaped elements 42 and 43 in the initial position are retracted from the pack 29 (FIGS. 7 and 13), i.e. in this initial position, the bearing members 46 and 47 do not cover the pack 29 from below. When loops 35 are formed, the L-shaped elements 42 and 43 are rotated to a working position in which the supporting parts 46 and 47 are under the bundle 29. As soon as both films 36 and 37 are separated by the knife 24, the supporting table 5 is lowered in the direction of arrow I ( Fig.9). In this case, the supporting surface 32 of the pack 29 begins to rest on the supporting parts 46 and 47 of the L-shaped elements 42 and 43 in the working position. Between the pack 29 and the supporting table 5, i.e., the belt conveyor 6, is formed in this way by the intermediate space 52. At the same time, the folding elements 48 and 49 are set in motion in the direction of the arrow K. The folding element 48 (Fig. 9) acts on the free end section 39 of the film section 37.
In the course of further movement of the bending element 48, through the intermediate space 52, the free end piece 39, which is in the meantime released from the fixing device 19, is brought under the stack 29. In this case, the supporting parts 46 and 47 of the L-shaped elements 42 and 43 are between the stack 29 and the end section 39 (Figures 10 and 14) As soon as the bending element 48 leaves the intermediate space 52, the bending elements 48 and 49 stop. The other folding element 49 is ready for supplying the free end piece 39 to the next pack 2E.
Through the lifting mechanism 41, the support table 5 is raised, so that the pack 29 is again supported on the belt conveyor 6 (Figures 11 and 15). In doing so, both overlapping ends of the film wrapping the pack 29 of the film section 40 are pressed against each other. By turning the L-shaped elements 42 and 43 to the side, they are retracted under
a bundle 29 of support parts 46 and 47. This removal of support parts 46 and 47, located between the end sections 39 and 40 of the film, can be carried out freely, since both end sections 39 and 40 of the film are held next to each other by a belt conveyor 6, own the weight of the pack 29, as well as the pressure force generated by the belt conveyor 8 located above.
By moving the conveyor belts 6 and 8 in the direction of the arrow D or E, the bundle 29 is wrapped and transferred to the conveyor belt 10 on the exit side (Fig. 12 or 5).
In the device according to the variant (fig. B - 15), in comparison with the proposed device (fig. 1 - 5), due to the absence of rotation of the support table 5, the wrapping cycle occurs faster, which allows to increase labor productivity. Both embodiments may in different parts have a different design. Thus, for example, it may be advisable to fix the ends of the segments 36 and 39 of the film, not with needles 18, 21 and 22, but otherwise, for example, with the help of reduced pressure.
Polyvinylidene chloride film (saran) is best suited as a wrapping material because it is self-adhesive, but other materials can be used, i.e. for example, along with other synthetic films and paper webs.
By means of the proposed device, it is possible to wrap not only stacked printed products, but also other objects.
