A suspension for motored and unmotored wheels of vehicles, having independent movements of bouncing/hoisting and rotation/steering, made up of a shaped bracket member (1) coupled, at the rear, in a rigid way, with a vertical axle (3) on which the vehicle structure runs, by means of the interposition of at least two bushes (4), and, at the top, in the front position, with the coupling axis being as close as possible to the reaction axis of the wheel with the ground, with the vehicle structure (5), such coupling being realized by means of an elastic and hoisting member and at least one damping member, said bracket member (1) being also provided at a position intermediate between said axle and the wheel with a first ball joint (9) and with a first bearing (11) as well as with a second ball joint (10) and a second bearing (12), all arranged along an axis sloping at 3-10 DEG to the vertical, said first (9) and second (10) ball joints and first (11) and second (12) bearings being arranged respectively at an upper and a lower position with respect to the wheel axis and connecting said bracket member (1) and the hub carried (2) or reduction gear member so as to allow said wheel to rotate/steer; said suspension being also made up of a tie rod/strut member (16) coupled at one end to said bracket member (1) and, at the other end, to the vehicle structure (5).

This invention relates to vehicle suspensions, in particular to vehicle wheel suspensions.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the suspension.

The suspension of the car wheel contains a vertical axis 1 connected to the axle 2 of the wheel 3. The axis 1 is mounted with the possibility of sliding in two bushes 4 of antifriction material fixed to the frame 5 of the car. The axle 7 is rigidly attached to the axis 1 by means of anchor elements 6 associated with frame 5 by means of an air spring 8 and a shock absorber: 9, mounted in the seat of the upper part of the bracket. The latter hinge 10 is associated with the frame 5 and the hinge 11 with a bracket 7, which is connected to the trunnion 2 by means of upper and lower bearing supports lying on a common axle 12 inclined to the vertical at an angle of 3-10 ° in the vertical transverse plane. The upper support contains the thrust bearing 13 and the ball joint 14 joined by a common axle, and the lower bearing - the thrust bearing 15 and the spherical joint 16.
