![]() Pipe joint
专利摘要:
A pipe union for joining two pipe ends in an end-to-end relationship. On each pipe end a flange, at least one clamping element, and one chamber element are fitted , which can be braced against one another and which among them enclose a shaped seal, each of whose two axial ends protrudes into a respective adapted recess of the chamber elements covering the seal. The seal is an outer elastomer ring supported on the jacket faces of the two pipe ends and has a central annular groove open to the inside. An inner ring that overlaps the butt joint is loosely pressed into this central annular groove. The clamping elements are supported with a radially inwardly located clamping rim on the associated pipe end, and with a radially outwardly located clamping rim on a clamping face disposed concentrically with respect to the pipe ends. The clamping elements are curved outward in the axial direction in such a manner that an axial force exerted upon the clamping element in the direction toward the butt joint causes an increase in the clamping element. The invention provides that the clamping element and the chamber element are each embodied by one clamping disk.

. i The inner ring 9 is pressed loosely. The connecting pin 8 is enclosed by the ring 9. A pipe section 10 is pulled over the flanges 5. The pipe 7 is closed on both sides by the clamping disks 11. The discs 11 are connected with a profile seal and are made with a radial outer edge that passes from the joint 8 into a curved knee, to which the inner knee is attached. The radial grooves of the discs 11 extend from the inside to the outer end of the inner bend. The number of slots is odd and is at least five, 17 hp, f-ly, 17 ill. This invention relates to pipe joints for the butt-butting of pipe ends with a clamping element. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the connection. The pipe connection (FIG. 1) consists of two blunt pipe ends 1,2 that are to be connected with one another, on which shells 3 and 4 are fitted, flange 5, and also a protective disk 6. A professional profile is provided between the two protective disks 6 A cable seal, which consists of an outer, supported on the side surfaces of both tube ends of a 1.2 elastomeric ring 7 from the middle, with an annular groove open inward, into which the inner ring 9 is freely pressed, the connecting junction 18 between the two pipes & 1.2 ends of i go in i. press-in ring 9. Section 10; pipes are pulled over both flanges 5; 0 five 0 five 0 45 0 five In order to obtain a pipe joint, both flanges 5 are squeezed against one another in the axial direction until the two sheaths 3.4 covering one another are mutually fixed and, thus, do not form a junction. According to FIG. 3, the elastomeric ring 7 is closed on both sides by clamping disks 11. Each clamping disk 11 (FIGS. 3 and 6) has five relatively broadly made radial slots 12, into which, when the profile seal is sprayed, the forming ring 7 penetrates the elastomer, so that the clamping disks 11 are rigidly connected to the elastomeric ring 7, FIG. 1, the clamping disks 11 are supported by a clamping edge lying radially on the pipe end 1 (respectively 2), and the clamping edge lying lying radially on the outside, in the inner wall of the pipe section 10. FIG. 3 shows that the clamping edge of the disk 11 lying radially outside passes into the outer shelf bent away from the connecting joint 8 to which it is bent bent, in the opposite direction and made longer than the inner shelf. The installation angle of the outer shelf 11 is larger than the installation angle | & inner shelf 11, and the OS is preferably equal to 65 °, and | preferably equal to 13. The radial slots 12 extend from the inside to the disc 11 that lies radially outside the end of the inner flange, the number of these radial slots 12 being odd and in the exemplary embodiment being equal to five. . Referring to Figures 7 and 8, the inner ring 9 of the profile seal is inserted into the elastomeric ring groove. rings 7 and each cone includes 3 attached pipe end 516076956
