专利摘要:
The invention relates to repair, in particular, to the technology of correcting the profile of worn-out railway wheels. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity of restoring the profile of the wheels of railway rolling stock and increase their service life. At the railway wheel, wear of the rolling surface or wear of the ridge of the tire is predominant. With the usual restoration of the profile of the wheel by machining it is necessary to remove a large amount of material, which is laborious and shortens the service life of the wheel. In this method of transistor, the part of the wheel that has worn the hardest is replenished with the wheel material by moving it during plastic deformation of the wheel from less worn areas. With such material movement, the profile of the wheel becomes closest to the specified profile, the wheel is brought to it by a small mechanical treatment. Thus, the material is minimized by machining, which increases productivity and increases the service life of the wheel. 2 Il.

专利说明:

The invention relates to repair, in particular, to the technology of correcting the profile of worn-out railway wheels.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity of restoring the profile of the wheels of railway rolling stock and increase their service life.
Fig. 1 shows the profile of the rim of a wheel of a rolling stock in a radial section, in which rolling surface wear is predominant; figure 2 - profile of the rim of the wheel, which is dominated by the wear of the crest of the brace.
The dashed line 1 shows the original, i.e. unworn profile, line 2 - worn profile (see Fig.1) with a predominance of rolling surface wear, i.e. wear section 3. Line 4 shows the profile, which is dominated by wear comb ridge, i.e. wear on section 5. In this case, the tongue of the band 6 is not only worn on section 5, but also deformed so that its upper section extends beyond the limits of the original profile 1. With the current level of technology, the profile 2 has been subjected to repeated wear

for example, by machining up to the contour of the profile to be corrected 7. Thus, profile 7 should be moved radially inward by a value of 8 relative to the original profile 1. Therefore, the apex zone of the ridge of the band 6, as well as the section 9 above and section 10 of the groove of the ridge bandage subjected to cutting,
According to the invention, section 9 is subjected to plastic deformation, for example, by rolling or forging, as a result of which, as shown by arrows ™ 11, the material is moved to the lower section 12, so that section 9 is lowered and section 12 is raised. If necessary, a part of the top of the ridge of the band can also bend deformations, while the material® moves in the direction of arrow 13. Thus, in the zone of section 9 and in the area of the tip of the ridge of band 6, the material shown by hatching with the left slope of the section which section 3 of the rolling surface 14 rises. The positions of the fixable profile 1 with the ridge of the band 6 and the inner side face 15, to which the rolling surface 14 adjoins, can be moved radially outwards so that the correctable profile 16 can be selected. This profile is from the initial profile 1 at a distance of 17 Thus, with a smaller volume of material to be removed and without applying additional material, it is possible to create a corrected profile 16 that lies radially further outwards than profile 7, thereby saving material, increasing production. lnost and increased conductive path wheels period.
With the wear profile 4 shown in FIG. 2 and restoration only by machining, only profile 18 can be obtained, the rolling surface of which is radially indented by an amount 19. The creation of this profile 18 is necessary, since otherwise it is impossible to create the crest of the band 6 with the correct position of the inner side edges 15. A worn bandage comb along profile 4 is too narrow to restore the correct ridge of the bandage. The fact that the tongue is exposed out of

nose and deformation, leads to the fact that in the area of the rolling surface a significant amount of material must be removed by cutting. This loss of material causes a reduction in the total wheel run. Therefore, the worn comb of the band 6 is subjected to plastic deformation, for example, by rolling or forging, so that the material at the top of the ridge of the band 6 moves approximately in the direction of the arrow 20. At the same time, the amount of material shown by hatching with the left slope at the top of the band ridge is moved for thickening the crest of the bandage by the amount depicted by the right slope hatching. Due to this thickening of the ridge of the band 6, it is possible to choose a fixable profile 21, which is at a distance from the initial profile 1, corresponding to a value of 22.
Thus, in the area of the rolling surface, the material can be saved in an amount corresponding to the difference between the values of 19 and 22. For the final creation of the corrected profile 21, a rather minor correction on the rolling surface in the deformed zone, and additionally, only the excess material shown in the section should be removed. 23 by hatching with the slope of the lines in opposite directions.
As a result of plastic deformation of a worn profile, in particular a worn comb, without the need for applying foreign material, it is better to use the existing material. This increases the productivity and run time of the wheels.
