The invention relates to a device for the removal of textile fabric on a textile, mainly weaving, machine tool with valnom.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the fabric obtained by reducing the damageability of the yarns and sliding the fabric along the valleys and simplifying the adjustment of the pressing force during the winding process.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed projection device; in fig. 2 - the same, schematic side view; in fig. 3 - the same, with a pressure roller, schematic side view; in fig. 4 is a control scheme of the proposed device with adjustable, variable pressure in an elastic element.
In a device for removing a textile web (Fig. 1), a textile cloth 1 is guided on a weaving machine (not shown) through a fixed guide roller 2, a shaft 3 and also a fixed guide roller 4. FIG. 2 rollers 2 and 4 are rotatably mounted in the grooved recesses 10 and 11 of U-shaped brackets 12 and 13 of the holder 14. FIG. 3 and 4 shows a device with a pressure roller 17 mounted rotatably on an intermediate liner 18. The pressure roller 17 may be made of metal or plastic.
The device works as follows.
The most gentle mode for fabric is achievable when not only val 3 and rollers 2 and 4, but also a movable transverse longitudinal axis (double arrow) pressure roller 17 is rotated at the same circumferential speed. From the compressed air reservoir 20, the compressed air through the controlled valve 21, the pressure gauge 22 and the drain valve 23 of the pressure is supplied to the pipe 8 of the means 5 for pressing. The control and regulating device 26 continuously receives an electrical signal for tensioning the main threads from the converter 24 of the sensitive element for tensioning the main threads 25. The control knob 27 sets the limit value for the tension of the main threads. As soon as the signal received from the tensioning device of the main threads exceeds the value selected on control knob 27, valve 21 opens and pipe 8 is filled with compressed air from tank 20. Pressure level is measured by pressure gauge 22 and transmitted by electronic control equipment an electrical signal to the regulating device 26. Upon reaching the required pressure, the valve 21 closes. If pressure is to be reduced, as much air is exhausted through the air valve 23 until a new predetermined pressure is reached. This air removal process is also monitored by a pressure gauge 22.
