专利摘要:
The invention relates to the printing industry, in particular to equipment for transporting a stream of printed products. The device contains an endless articulated chain, a guide rail for it, and also grippers attached to the links with a predetermined pitch. Each gripper is made of a single one of an elongated segment of an elastic, for example, strip material, which is repeatedly curved in the transverse direction so that its outer end, which functions as a clamping element, fits due to the elastic properties of the material from which the gripper is made. the support element of the segment of the segment located on the inside of the segment and interfaced with the inner end section. Each grip is fixed on the corresponding chain link with its inner end section. The grip-forming segment also has a zone in the middle part, by which it interacts with the means controlling its opening, and is fixed on the corresponding link of the chain with its inner end section. 5 hp f-ly, 7 ill.

nx 3 chains 1 with a predetermined pitch grippers 4 and control means in the form of slides 5 for opening the grips.
The articulated chain itself is known and loadable in tension and compression, it can move in three directions, which is ensured by the implementation of its hinges in the form of spherical segments 6.
For on | The hinge chain 1 uses guide bodies, which can be used, for example, guide rollers 7, made in the form of chain stars, schematically shown in FIG. 1 as part of a roller.
By means of a suitably made drive (not shown), the hinge chain 1 is mainly driven in a circulating motion in the direction of arrow A and, with its movement, suitable means for this can be rotated around its longitudinal axis X so that, together with the links 3, the grippers C ,
In the loading area of the grippers k, control means arranged mainly on both sides of the chain 1 and arranged in the form of slides 5 are located, which can be fixed both permanently on the guide rail 2 and non-stationary, for example, on the guide roller 7.

interacts with controlling agents.
Each grip is fixed on the corresponding bracket 8 by means of a pin 13 and a screw T, for which hole 15 is made in the supporting element 10, and holes 1b and 17 are made on the end portion 9. When performed by the grip A in accordance with FIG. it also has a rectilinear section 18 as an emphasis for the product. All rectilinear gripping sections are mated with one another by means of sections 19-22 of bending.
The section 10 used as a support element can be made either as a straight line along its entire length or it can have a broken shape (Fig. 3), one part of which is intended to interact with the end section 12, and the other as a support. slip for directional grip in the grip of the product.
Section 10 is inclined with respect to the end section 9, by means of which the grip is fixed on the chain, and to the direction of movement of the grippers. Also, section 11 is inclined with respect to section 9 to form a sufficient free wheeling and sufficient return force.
The outer end portion 12 is substantially parallel.
Each capture k of the device (FIG. 3) is relevant to section 11 and due to elastic
mounted on the corresponding link 3 of the chain 1 with the help of the bracket 8 and is made of a single piece of elastic material by bending it repeatedly in the transverse direction (Fig.).
It has an inner end Section 9, by means of which the grip is attached to the bracket 8, a section 10 adjoining it, performing the function of a support element, located on the other side of the end section 9 relative to section 10 section 11, as well as the outer end section 12 , performing the function of the clamp element.
It is preferable that the grippers were made of spring steel strip. In the area 11 of each capture, there is an area, hereinafter referred to as the contact zone (not shown), by which it

interacts with controlling agents.
Each grip is fixed on the corresponding bracket 8 by means of a pin 13 and a screw T, for which an opening 15 is made in the supporting element 10, and a hole 1b and 17 are made on the end portion 9. When performing the gripping A in accordance with FIG. it also has a rectilinear section 18 as a support for the product. All the rectilinear gripping sections are mated with one another by means of bending sections 19-22.
The section 10 used as a support element can be either straight-line along its entire length, or have a broken shape (Fig. 3), with one part intended to interact with the end section 12, and the other as a sliding support for swallowed capture of the product.
Section 10 is inclined with respect to the end section 9, by means of which the grip is fixed on the chain, and to the direction of movement of the grippers. Also, section 11 is inclined with respect to section 9 to form a sufficient free wheeling and sufficient return force.
The outer end portion 12 is substantially parallel.
the properties of the gripping material are pressed to the section 10. To ensure the attachment of the gripping A to the chain, a notch 23 is provided on its section 11, which carries the contact zone with the means 5.
In a preferred embodiment, the grippers thereof. The size K in the direction of movement (along the c-arrow A) is three times smaller than the size L of the claws in the transverse direction, and the length of the clamping element of each gripper is half the length of its section 11.
It is also preferred that the leading edge 25 of the end portion 12 is bevelled to the sides with a obtuse angle at the top 2k. Such an embodiment of the clamping member allows the product to be gripped between the stapled sheets without the need to grip all the sheets together.
On the lateral sides, the end portion 12 D of the embodiment shown in Fig. 5 has well rounded corners 26.
FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the end section 12. In this embodiment, its angles are bent at a right angle to its plane in the direction of the support element 10, as a result of which, as shown in FIG. 3, two clamping teeth 27 are formed on the clamping member. By means of these teeth 27, the printed product is reliably secured from a torque in its plane, allowing the printed product to move in a lateral direction at a sufficiently high speed.
A device for capturing cascaded incoming printed products operates as follows.
When the hinge chain 1 moves in the direction of the arrow A, each one attached to the corresponding link 3 of the chain comes into contact with the AE-NW control slides 5. At the same time, the gripping section 11 with its contact zone moves along the inclined incoming surface 28 and immediately after that begins to slide sliding surface 29. As a result, it | Acting as springs, gripping sections 11 and 12 are moved from the main position (shown by dashed lines in Fig. 3) in the direction of arrow B until section 11 acting as a spring lever rests on surface 29 of slides 5.
In this position, the grip k is in the open position and provides, during its movement, the flow into the gap S between the clamping 12 and the supporting 10 elements of the printed article 30, such as a newspaper, magazine, etc.
By moving the grip in the direction of the arrow A, the printed product, moving relative to the grip in the direction of the arrow C, enters the grip mouth all the way into its portion 18, which serves as a limiter for the movement of the product.
As soon as the gripping portion 11 reaches the trailing edge 31 of the slide 5 and comes out of contact with the surface 29 of the slide 5, the clamping element 12 is clicked towards

and an isdeopornic element lith 30.
The subsequent seizures work similarly, seizing the items 30 entering the seizure zone by a cascade stream and transporting them to the place of further processing.
