    The invention relates to packaging, in particular, cardboard blanks that can be used in the manufacture of cigarette packs. The purpose of the invention is to increase the convenience of making a pack. The bundle is made on a side folding machine. A block of cigarettes is wrapped in paper, leaving the cigarettes open on top. Next, the blank is wrapped around a block of cigarettes. The bottom 1 of the pack body is applied to the bottom of a paper-wrapped cigarette pack, the front 2 and the back 3 walls are folded in accordance with the fold lines. Bottom flaps 6 are folded inward, and valves 4.5 are applied to them to form the inner and outer side walls. Valves 13,16 bend inward with the capture of the petals of the paper.     The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to cardboard blanks that can be used in the manufacture of packs for cigarettes.
    The purpose of the invention is to increase the convenience of making a pack.
    FIG. 1 shows a blank for making a bundle; in fig. 2 - neck, used in conjunction with the workpiece in the manufacture of packs; in fig. 3-10 are the various stages of making a bundle.
    The blank for making a pack in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped is made of a sheet of cardboard and is divided by sections into sections to form the body of the pack and a hinged lid. The package body consists of the bottom 1, connected to it by the bending lines of the front 2 and rear 3 walls, which are equipped with valves 4 and 5 in dp to form the outer and inner side walls of the package body. Bottom valves 6 are attached to the bottom 1. A folding flap consists of a rear wall 7 connected by a hinge line 8 to the rear wall 3 of the housing of the front wall 9 and an associated fold line 10 of the upper wall 11. With the back wall 7 of the cover through the bend lines valves 12 are connected to form the inner side walls of the cover and a valve 13 in the form of an isosceles trapezoid, adjacent a large base to the upper edge of the back wall 7 of the cover. The front wall 9 of the flaps and two associated valves 14 dp of forming the outer side walls of the cover are separated respectively from the front wall 2 of the housing and its outer side walls by line 15 of weakened strength in the form of intermittent sections with connecting sections. The valves 14 to form the outer side walls of the lid are provided with end flaps 16, folded under the upper wall of the lid, having the form of isosceles triangles with a height equal to half the width of the upper wall of the lid adjacent to the upper edge of the flaps 14 dp forming the outer side walls of the lid.     The neck 17 consists of a middle part having a recess 18 and two side parts 19 connected with it, with incisions 20 being made between the middle part and the side parts, due to which protruding ears are formed when the side parts are folded.
    The blank is used as follows.
    In order to manufacture a bundle that occurs on the side-folding machine, the cigarette pack is wrapped with inner paper 21, which remains open at the top. Further, the workpiece together with the neck 17 (or separately) is wrapped around the cigarettes 22 wrapped in the inner paper.
    According to FIG. 4 bottom 1 of the package body are applied to the bottom of a cigarette block wrapped with inner paper, the front 2 and the rear 3 walls are folded in accordance with the fold lines. After that, the bottom flaps 6 are folded inward, the flaps 4 are folded to form the inner side walls on the bottom flaps 6, and flaps 5 are applied to them to form the outer side walls.
    The final valves 16 are folded. inward with the grip of the side lobes of the paper 21. After this, the flap 13 in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid is folded inward with the grip of the lower fold of the inner paper. As can be seen in Fig. 9, valve 13 and valves 16 lie in the same plane adjacent to each other. The top wall 11 of the lid is folded over the flap 13 in the form of a rhinopodineal trapezoid. The Nirina Ztynta flap 13 is chosen so that the upper fold of the inner paper does not stick between this kpa and the upper wall 11 and remains free.
