专利摘要:
A metal can end with a tear-open plastics closure in which the closure has a plug part (14) fitting into an aperture (11) in the can end, a rim (17) surrounding the plug part, an d a pull tab (15), wherein a groove (22) extends across the plug part (14) and aligned grooves (24,25) or interruptions extend across the rim (17) to provide a hinge line allowing the tab (15) and the adjacent portion (23) of the plug part to pivot upwardly to provide venting of the can in a first stage of opening before full opening of the closure in a second stage. The closure (12) is of the kind which is moulded on to the can end (10) so as to totally enclose a downturned flange (16) around the periphery of the aperture (11), and to be capable of being sheared against the flange on opening, and the residual thickness of the plastics material below the flange (16) is greater in the main portion than in the vent portion (23) of the closure to provide a temporary arrest after venting. The plug part (14) is stiffer than the metal of the can end so that doming of the can end under internal pressure is concentrated in the metal and the pull tab (15) extends at an angle to the can end surface, rendering it easier to grasp for opening the aperture. A second hinge line may be provided at the far end of the closure, with a further increase in residual thickness, so that the closure can be retained on the can end while being hinged out of the way for pouring. 公开号:SU1500149A3 申请号:SU864028231 申请日:1986-09-19 公开日:1989-08-07 发明作者:Филип Пейвли Эндрю 申请人:Метал Бокс П.Л.С. with Phi2 sn The invention relates to metal cans structures, the ends of which have an opening closed with a slotted lid and a loop that extends from the side and serves as a DD1 opening can, particularly for cans for storing pressurized liquids from the inside such as carbonated beverages. The aim of the invention is to increase the operational capabilities by reducing the likelihood of the contents spilling out due to the formation of a groove in the cork running across it and a step to reduce the thickness of the plug. Fig, 1 shows the lid of a metal can, general view; Fig.2 is the same cross section; on figs - the same, under pressure from inside the can; in fig. 4 - the same, in the first stage of the opening process; Fig, 5 - metal can lid, another option; in fig. 6 - the same, under pressure from inside the can, section; Fig, 7 - krishchka, the third option; in fig. 8 - the same, under the action from inside banks, section; in FIG. 9, node I in FIG. eight; Fig. 10 shows a cover according to a third embodiment, in the first stage of opening; in fig. 11 - then. same, in the second stage of opening At the end of a metal can there is a lid containing a metal case 1 with a central panel 2 and a hole 3 made in it and a flange 4 bent around the perimeter of the hole inside the can. In hole 3 there is a stopper 5 made of plastic material with a recess 6 on the outside and an annular a flange 7 located on the outer side of the panel 2 around the hole 3. In one piece with the stopper 5 there is an eyelet 8 placed on the side opposite to the recess 6, the flange 4 of the panel is placed in the stopper 5. In the latter there is a groove 9 extending across it, and a recess 6 at the location of the groove 10 there steps produced to reduce the thickness of the plug 5 facing the eyelet 8 The opening 3 of the panel and the plug 5 may have an elongated shape, with the larger sides of the opening parallel, and the smaller ones rounded. The pet-skirt 8 may be located on the side of the rounded side of the hole, and the groove 9 is located between this side and the parallel sides of the hole 3, The groove 9 may have a V-shape, and its depth is equal to half the thickness of the tube 5. The loop 8 may be in the form of a ring and placed on its inner surface of the rim 11, In the stopper 5, additional grooves 12 and 13 can be formed, one of which is located near the meccade with the rounded side of the aperture remote from the loop 8 and the parallel sides of the aperture, and the other in the annular flange 4 of the stopper along the first additional groove 12. The loop 8 has a finger grip 14 when opened. The upper surface of the plug 5 is located under the ring 15 and lies in the plane of the central wall of the can end. The key is used as follows. The groove 9 forms a line of rotation enabling the loop 8 and the adjacent section of the stopper to turn upward relative to the Other part of the stopper, thus providing ventilation of the can in the first stage of the opening process (Fig. 4) before the door is fully opened. To ensure that the ring 15 does not resist bending. Part of cork 5 relative to the other part, especially when using a hard plastic such as nylon, the thickness of ring 15 is also reduced by using a ditch. The reduction in thickness must be such that the material remains 1ys under the grooves, broken when bending part of the tube. The thickness of the cap 5 of the lid is reduced in the area near the eyelet 8 so that the plastic thickness remaining under the flat part of the flange 4 is greater in the area of the flange on the far side of the groove 9 from the eyelet 8 than in the area near the eyelet. This provides a delay in cutting after l. ventilating the can by opening part of the lid (fig. 4). With the further opening of the main part the caps are cut off to the talted sides of the plug 5, for which a small force is required despite the large remaining thickness of the material under the flange 4, but the discontinuity of the force reduces the likelihood that under the action of internal pressure the cut will continue along 15001496 by paral- under flange 4 on the edge of the hole, remote from the loop 8, reduces the likelihood of leakage of contents, which may result from plastic creep, when the can is x-filled under internal pressure. When the can pressure is not affected by the internal pressure, the center of the panel is flat, not exhausted, and loop 8 lies indirectly on the lid of the can (fig and this gives an advantage when the cans are stored, as they occupy mimic ten sides and the cork will blow off the butt end of the can. Under the action of internal pressure in the filled can, the end of the can is expanded (Fig. 3). If the cork 5 is made of a thinner material with less resistance-15 places, the bending is compared to the metal-B structure shown in When the internal pressure does not act on the jar of the can, the center of the panel is flat, not exhausted, and loop 8 lies indirectly on the lid of the can (this gives advantages when storing cans as they occupy scrap of the butt, crush, swelling of the can end under the action of internal pressure mainly occurs around the hole 3 and the stopper 5 is subjected to strong bending, while the portion of the metal cover under the eyelet 8 will not bend significantly. Thus, despite the swelling, the eyelet 8 lies opposite the surface of the can end and is difficult to grip, especially because as a result of the molding, the sides of the eyelet 8 are inclined to the surface of the lid. In the krsh structures shown in FIG. 1-4, the cork 5 has a considerable thickness and resistance to bending compared to the metal of the housing 1. When the crush has bulged under the action of the internal pressure (Fig 3), the cork 5 is not noticeably bent, except for the section remote from the eyelet 8, and makes it rigid the part of the flange surrounding this region. On the other hand, the portion of the lid under the eyelet 8 swells significantly, more than the ventilation portion, thereby increasing the thickness of the plastic remaining below the end of the flange 4, and thereby provides a delay after the ventilators. Ani banks. for additional resistance on the bend, reported to the metal near holes 3 thick part of the tube 5, d in this embodiment, the second groove it tends to concentrate: vpu-passes through traffic jam 5 between the section force at the center of the butt and rotation lines under the groove. AT with parallel sides and a rounded section remote from the junction with loop 8, and the grooves as a result, loop 8 becomes under angle to the surface of the crustacean and provide Q 12 and 13, passing along the same line It is easier to grip when opening the can (Fig. 3). It is important that the section of the tube has a high bending resistance. it with a groove 9, drawn across the ring, creating a second line of rotation. The thickness of the plastic remaining under the flange 4 on the rounded edge. provided with a greater thickness of j. more than in the section with a parallel shape compared to the other part of the plug 5. In addition, the greater thickness of the section and, consequently, the reduced plastic that remains sufficient to make cutting difficult. As a result, the stopper can be opened after the first ventilating stage (figure 10) places, in the design shown on remote from the loop 8, reduces the likelihood of leakage of the contents of the container; the torus may result from plastic creep when the can is stored under internal pressure. When the internal pressure does not act on the jar jar, the central panel is flat, not exhausted, and loop 8 lies directly on the lid of the jar (Fig. 2), and this gives advantages in storing the jars, so. how do they occupy the minimum FIG. 5 and 6, there are no grooves on the ring 15, but it is cut or interrupted in places along the line of the groove 9, 20- whereby there is no resistance when the loop is rotated, as shown in FIG. 6. Otherwise, this option is similar to the design shown in FIG. 1-4. 25B variant of the lid shown in FIG. 7-11, body 1, hole 3 and flange 4 are the same. On the lid there is a stopper 5 with a side ring, pressed in the housing 1 so that the flange 4 is closed ne ne30, but the loop 8 has the shape of a loop with the sides covering the ring, and is attached on the left side of the hole. 14 finger grip made from the right On the side of the eyelet 8. The groove 9 runs across the cork. The grooves 12 and 13 are in line with the groove 9, and the thickness of the main section with parallel sides of the cork is large. 40 more than of the vent portion, thereby increasing the thickness of the plastic remaining below the end of the flange 4, and thereby providing a delay after venting the can. with parallel sides and a rounded section remote from the junction with loop 8, and the grooves with a groove 9, extended across the ring, creating a second line of rotation. The thickness of the plastic remaining under the flange 4 on the rounded edge. sufficient to make cutting difficult. As a result, the stopper can be opened after the first ventilating stage (figure 10)
