专利摘要:
A vehicle speed control device for use in a trolley-assisted dump truck of a single phase alternating current system can control the driving torque in proportion to the amount of depression of an accelerator pedal in the same manner as in the case of running under an engine mode condition even when running under a trolley mode condition utilizing a commercial power source. The device comprises in combination an accelerator valve for controlling compressed air from a reservoir in proportion to the amount of depression of an accelerator pedal, an engine throttle control unit controlled by the compressed air passed through the accelerator valve, an acceleration pattern generator actuated by the compressed air to convert the air pressure into a voltage, a mode converted for sending out a voltage pattern to a main drive circuit of the truck in response to a voltage signal from the acceleration pattern generator, and an engine control solenoid operated valve for selectively controlling supply of the compressed air to the engine throttle control unit and to the acceleration pattern generator.

专利说明:

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatovenerology.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment.
The method is as follows.
Along with the standard methods of treatment (antibiotic therapy, bismuth preparations, non-specific therapy), patients are prescribed a course of treatment with elevated partial pressures of oxygen (oxygen therapy). Oxygen barotherapy regimen: oxygen partial pressure of 0.25 MPa (2.5 kgf / cm 2 ), exposure time 60 min, daily, treatment course 10-12 sessions.
Example 1. Patient B., 59 years old, was hospitalized from 23.11 to 12.12. 1984 with a diagnosis of secondary fresh syphilis; concomitant diseases - hypertension of 2A degree, athero-and cardiosclerosis. Treatment: penicillin 51.2 million units, bitsillin 4.8 million units. Multivitamins, B group vitamins (Wb and B12), and antihypertensive drugs were prescribed as nonspecific stimulating therapy with regard to concomitant diseases. After 2 months after the end of treatment, a course of oxygen therapy was prescribed for positive serological reactions (10 sessions, oxygen partial pressure 0.25 MPa, exposure 60 min, daily). Currently, it is at the dispensary: there are no clinical manifestations of the disease, serological reactions are firmly negative (they were negative three weeks after the end of the course of oxygen therapy).
Example 2. Patient D., 25 years old, from May 1981 to June 1982, was treated for early latent syphilis. Serological reactions were negative from October 1981 and were persistently negative until September 1984. In September 1984, the reaction of binding complement to the cardiolipin antigen and

binding of complement with treponemal antigen again 4 + 1: 10; sedimentary reactions and the reaction of binding complement to the cardiolipin antigen ^ negative, immunofluorescence reaction - 4 +, the reaction of immobilization of pale treponema - 77%. State of liquor: protein 0.165 g / l, cytosis 5/3, Pandy and None-Appelta 2+ reactions, Lange reaction - 011100000, negative serological reactions, immunofluorescence reaction - 2+, Given the increase in the reaction of immobilization of pale treponem, a sharply positive reaction Wasserman in serum with treponemal antigen and a positive immunofluorescence test in the cerebrospinal fluid for serorecidal, treated according to the scheme of the Central Dermatovenerologic Institute. Nonspecific therapy: group B vitamins, oxygen therapy barotherapy (10 sessions, oxygen partial pressure 0.25 MPa, exposure 60 min, daily). Immunological studies:

After a course of oxygen therapy, serological reactions are negative. The patient is in the dispensary. The therapy carried out in combination with oxygenbarotherapy led to the normalization of immunological parameters.
As a result of the application of the method, the terms of treatment of patients with seroresistant forms of syphilis are reduced by 1.5 times. The effectiveness of treatment increases by 15%.
Claim
A method for the treatment of patients with seroresistant forms of syphilis, including the introduction of medicinal substances, characterized in that, in order to reduce the duration of treatment, oxygen barotherapy is additionally carried out at an oxygen pressure of 0.25 MPa lasting 60 minutes daily.

The method of treatment of patients with seroresistant forms of syphilis relates to the field of medicine, in particular to dermatology and venereology. The aim of the invention is to reduce the time of treatment, for which, along with drug therapy, oxygen-oxygen therapy is performed at an oxygen pressure of 0.25 MPa and an exposure of 60 minutes. The use of the method in clinical practice will reduce the treatment time by 1.5 times, increase the effectiveness of treatment by 15% due to early negative serological reactions in patients with this pathology.
