The invention relates to the field of electroplating, in particular, to a clamping collet for holding sheet-shaped articles for their suspension, immersion or removal from electroplating baths during liquid processing.
The purpose of this invention is to improve the reliability of the capture of products by preventing fluctuations in the processed products.
Fig. 1 shows the use of a press collet in a galvanizing installation; FIG. 2 shows the clamping head with the product being processed; FIG. on fig.Z - view along arrow A in figure 2; figure 4 is a view along arrow B in figure 2, figure 5 and 6 - fixed section of the housing; 7 and 8 - the movable section of the housing; Figures 9 and 10 are an additional spring-loaded body section.
The clamping collets 1 with the sheets 2 to be machined are lowered into the electroplating bath 3. The collets 1 are fixed on or suspended from the commodity beam 4.
The clamping collet 1 consists of two sections 5 and 6 which are spring-loaded together with protrusions 7-9 for gripping products and an additional spring-loaded section 10 with protrusion 11. There are two pressure springs 12 and 13 that must rotate around the axis 14 the moving sections 5 and 10 in direction arrow C.
Each of the movable collet sections 5 and 10 is provided with protrusions 9 and 11 which have a distance L from each other. At the same distance, on the second stationary collet sections 6, two clamping protrusions 7, 8 are provided, which in the pinching position are opposite to the relative clamping protrusions 9, 11 of the collet sections 5, 10 and under pressure of the springs 12, 13. conductive sheet 2. Since each movable collet section 5, 10 carries its own pressure spring 12 or 13, these collet sections are rotated separately and therefore each with a corresponding clamping force rests on the conductive sheet 2. Therefore So x za1 back focus lock collets can reliably entrapped conductive sheets of different thicknesses, namely using both

their pairs of clamping protrusions 11, 8 and 9, 7 are at a distance of L. This would not be possible if the movable collet section, as implemented here, would not be divided into two movable collet parts. In the latter case, a change in the thickness of the clamped sheet, for example, conductive, led to the fact that a pair of clamping protrusions 11, 8 or 9, 7 would not capture the corresponding sheets with a pinching effect. Sheet 2-has a tendency to rotate reciprocally in the direction of arrow D5. This should be prevented by the force of springs 12, 13 combined with a clamping hold and the lever arm L formed or at least reduced. The larger the lever arm L with the smallest non-galvanized width B of the edge of the sheet 2, the more efficiently the sheet surface is used. In practice, width B can be held less than 15 mm. The clamping force initiated by the pairs of clamping protrusions 1 1.8 and 9, 7 is uniform.
The collet section 6 and 10 can be easily manufactured from sheet metal by stamping and bending. The collet section 6 consists of a base plate 15 with side edges bent at a right angle that have one hole 16 each for receiving the axis 14. Then the side cheeks 1 7 with the shoulders 18 of the base plate pass into the shoulders that carry clamping lugs 7, 8. These clamping
for the protrusions, as well as the clamping protrusions 9, 11, may be separate interchangeable parts mounted on them. The clamping lugs are elements of the clamping collet that are experiencing the greatest loads. If they are worn out, the installation of new protrusions (tips) can continue to maintain the collet in a working state. There are 19 support brackets for fitting pressure springs 12,

13.
Both movable collet sections 5, 10 are made basically similar to the collet section 6, only have slightly different sizes.
In the cheeks 17 and 18, a hole is made to accommodate the axis of rotation 9.
The groove and side shoulders 20 are made in the lower part of each section of the core;
the walls of the groove, on which the corresponding protrusions are positioned to grip the product.
The collet portion 10 is narrower and has a recess 21 through which the pressure spring 12 passes. Due to this, the pressure spring 12 can be supported between the bottom of the collet section 5 and the collet

workable products, it is equipped with an additional spring-loaded section with a protrusion installed in the main section with the possibility of rotation relative to the fixed section, while the protrusions for gripping the products of the main and additional sections are located in the same plane opposite the corresponding
6, while push-jq of the protrusions of the fixed section.
spring 13 is supported between the bottom of the collet part 10 and the bottom of the collet section 6. Pressing down the side of the collet section 6 causes the spring 12 to compress and then, when the collet 10 reaches, the spring 13 is also compressed, thereby unlocking the pinching position and sheet 2 can be retrieved. As soon as the force is removed according to arrows E, the springs 12, 13 again take the collet sections 5, 10 with their clamping lugs to the sheet 2 or to the clamping lugs of the collet section 6. The distance between the side cheeks 17 of the fixed collet section 6 is chosen so that the cheeks 17 are located between the shoulders 18 of the collet sections 5, .10. The smooth execution of the collet sections 5, 10 and 6 facilitates the so-called washability. By this, in electroplating, they understand such a shaping that, after immersion in a bath, provides an easy and more complete flushing of the remaining bath residues (acid residues). For this, the free space between the respective arms 18 or 20 also serves.
neither is the section washable cut or part 22 cut out.
