The invention relates to welding, in particular to devices for turning articles, preferably pipe bends, into a position suitable for welding.
The purpose of the invention is to improve working conditions.
Fig. 1 shows a device for plating pipe bends; figure 2 is the same, side view.
The device contains mounted on the base 1 of the plate 2, on which the brackets 3 and 4 are installed with reference angles 5-7. On the brackets 3 and 4 by means of a common axis 8 mounted support rollers 9.
The device is equipped with a rotary wheel 10, on the surface of which there are protrusions 11, which are evenly distributed around the circumference. In the proposed design made thirteen protrusions 11, located at an angle of 12 ° to each other. The flanges 12 are made on the end surface of the wheel 10. The wheel 10 is mounted on support rollers 9.
