    A flange connection to fix together two air drain sub-components (22, 23) of sheet metal with an essentially rectangular cross-section, the flanges being made up of hollow sheet metal profiles (1) and steel angle components (2). One or more of the walls (3, 4, 5) of the hollow sheet metal profile (1) which enclose the steel angle component (2) entirely or partially are provided with raised portions (7) or hollows (8), the legs (9) of the steel angle pieces (2) at the perimeter of the legs (9) being made to have corresponding to the position of the raised portions (7) or hollows (8) in the hollow sheet metal profiles (1) raised portions (10) or hollows (11) in order that when a leg (9) of the steel angle component (2) is shoved into the profile (1), at least one of the raised portions (10) rests in one of the hollows (8).

    The invention relates to pipe fittings, in particular to flange joints of two sections of the air channel, made of tin and having a rectangular cross-section.
    The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the joint by increasing the rigidity of the flanges and fixing them.
    Figure 1 shows a rigid hollow profile, isonometric; figure 2 - angle, a general view, in isonometry ;; on fig.Z - a rigid hollow profile with a partially inserted angle; figure 4 - section aa on fig.Z; Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of a hollow profile; 6 - the same, with partially entered squares; 7 - the connection of two sections of the air channel in a common v.id.
    The joint contains on each section a hollow rigid profile 1, in the form of a flange consisting of a wall 2, bent outward, and two other 3 and 4, bent perpendicularly and parallel to the wall of wall 5 and 6, between which the wall is inserted section of the air channel.
    The wall 4 of the profile can be shaped with a U-shaped groove 7, projecting outward, on which there are protrusions 8 and recesses 9.
    Between the profiles there is a square 10 consisting of a connecting part 11 with a hole 12 under the fastening element and shelves 13 entering into. end holes of two adjacent profiles.
    The shelves 13 have triangular protrusions 14 with a base 15 on the side of the connecting part and the inclined surface adjacent to the top 16. The triangular protrusions 14 are unequal on the shelf, and the protrusions 8 and recesses 9 on the wall of profile 4 are uniform.
    In order to insert the square 10 to the final position in profile 1, the flanges 13 at the ends at the connecting part 12 are provided with flanges 17, which abut against the wall 3 of profile 1. The uneven distance between the projections 14 on the shelf 13 means that one of the projections 14 is placed with a gap in one of the recesses 9 of the groove 7, the other of the projections 13 with its base 15 is adjacent to one of you

    The mortars 8 of the groove 7 are slightly deformed in the wall area of the groove 7, however, from the protrusions 14 of the shelf 13, the base 15 engages with one of the depressions 9 of the groove 7 and prevents the square 10 from coming out of the rigid hollow profile 1.
    In the case of the variant illustrated in FIG. 3, the protrusions 18 are made on the wall 3, and sawtooth protrusions 19 are made on the outer surface of the shelf 2 of the square 2. When interacting with each other, they form a fixator similar to a toothed rack.
    In the case of the variant shown in Fig. 6, triangular protrusions 20 are formed on the wall 4 of the profile 1, and the recesses 21 in the form of holes are made on the shelves 13 of the triangle 10.

    1. Flange connection of two sections of the air channel, made of tin and having a rectangular cross section, containing at each end of the section of the air channel a fixed hollow sheet profile in the form of a flange, the end wall of which is bent outward, and the other two are bent perpendicularly, and parallel end square with a hole for the fastener in the connecting part and shelves that enter into the end holes of two adjacent hollow profiles and form in engagement by means of fixing elements on the shelf and the rear wall of the profile lock, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability, the locking elements on the shelves are made in the form of protrusions, having a triangular shape in cross section, with a base on the side of the connecting part and an adjacent inclined surface directed toward the end of the shelf and ending in its plane, and the fixing elements on the rear wall of the rigid hollow profile are made in the form of protrusions and recesses corresponding to the protrusions of the shelf, the protrusions on the shelf being unevenly made, and protrusions and recesses on the profile wall - evenly.
